My daughter had the Mack Daddy burger. My son had the boneless wings. They both loved their choices. We will definitely be going back to try more items on their extensive menu. “My dining experience at the newly renovated Friday’s in Bensalem Pennsylvania was outstanding. My food: the center cut sirloin, mashed potatoes and broccoli were sensational. This meal made me want to continue eating it even after my stomach was full. My guest’s food: the fried shrimp, French fries and coleslaw was reported as delicious. Everything was cooked as requested and seasoned well. Our server Pauline was attentive, and she did not wait for me and my guest to ask for what we wanted. She acted on her own initiative to get us what we needed. A warm welcome was received by the Manager Michelle who made us feel like valued customers. Dining at Friday’s made me feel great.“

“I would definitely recommend this Red Robin for any party occasion or just dining in. I’ve dined in at this restaurant many of times and each time the food was delicious and the service was awesome! This particular time I had my husband’s Surprise 30th birthday party held there and it turned out great! All of the staff made sure my event went perfectly. Donay (the assistant manager) helped me organize my party with them and made sure all of my requests were met. Megan (catering coordinator) she fulfilled my order to exactly what I wanted and the Red Robin made sure my gluten free buyers were made fresh to order for the guest I had that needed the accommodation. “We were in town last night for a sports tournament and stumbled upon the Firkin Tavern. With four kids and four adults, we weren’t sure what to expect, especially since the tavern was pretty busy with only one server. At first, we were a little concerned it might be overwhelming, but Mike, our waiter, quickly proved us wrong. He was absolutely amazing! Despite the crowd, he handled everything seamlessly and was extremely attentive. The food also exceeded our expectations, it wasn’t just typical bar food.. everything was delicious and really impressed us. If we’re ever in the area again for a tournament, we’ll definitely be back!“

“Well, This did it for me.

Classic normal menu, classic normal service. Everything you would expect at a Friendly’s. And that’s key on what I base my reviews on: expectations and reality.

There was something I really didn’t like though. The salt and pepper shaker were ugly and red (see attached photo). I didn’t like looking at them and it didn’t ruin my experience but it was a hindrance.

On the other side of things, the Fribble was Fribbletastic. Like what even is a fribble. Super weird. But that thing was good. I even told the waiter that it was fribbletastic and he agreed.

“I recommend that your Managers learn Customer Service etiquette. My daughter & I purchased dinner last night(9/7/12) early evening. First, the young lady taking the order mentioned salt is not put on the fries when My daughter requested “no salt”(We know better than this, we are frequent customers). After waiting for our order I realized the “girl” (I think she is a manager)preparing the fries sprinkled salt on the fries so I mentioned it to my daughter so approached “the girl” to let her no salt was not ordered for the fries and she rolled her eyes as though it was my daughter’s fault that she put salt on our fries. “The girl” made more fries but when she called our order number (33) she slammed the bag down and slid the bag toward my daughter with “attitude on her face” I reacted by saying “did she just slam down the bag and slide it across the counter”? I did not make a scene because I didn’t want to embarrass her. I spent $24 for food and I did nothing to deserve her “nasty attitude” what she needs to do is train her employees properly and learn what Customer Service means. I will make a call to the Owner“

“I hadn't been to Applebee's in quite some time. This was the Southampton location. Had the Loaded Wave Potatoes (loaded is a bit of a stretch, could really use more cheese and bacon but still) they were delicious! Crisp on the outside tender inside. Also had the Grilled Cheese Cheese Burger. Very good. Cooked perfectly to my order of medium, hot & juicy. Servers and hostess were so very nice, smiling, welcoming. This Applebee's location really stepped up their game.“
