“Everything was wonderful from the service to the food. We had Jeanette as our waitress and she was extremely attentive and kept making sure everything was ok. My food was absolutely delicious. Mary Francis was the manager came out to check on us and make sure we were ok and well taken care of. Will absolutely go back!!“

Came in today and they were a little busy. but I still got my food in under 7 minutes fries were fresh and crispy per usual! “My daughter, son, and I went to the Willingboro location tonight for dinner. They just opened this lovation yesterday. It was amazing. I definitely recommend the Hangover burger. My daughter had the Mack Daddy burger. My son had the boneless wings. They both loved their choices. We will definitely be going back to try more items on their extensive menu. Ree, the owner is awesome. She’s very friendly and is a pleasant person to talk with. I wish her all the best at her new location. Darren, our server was just as awesome. “I've been to Steam Pub more times than I can count, and it never disappoints. The energy is always great, especially during happy hour, and the staff genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. The bartenders are knowledgeable, make excellent drinks, and remember the little things that keep people coming back. “I would definitely recommend this Red Robin for any party occasion or just dining in. I’ve dined in at this restaurant many of times and each time the food was delicious and the service was awesome! This particular time I had my husband’s Surprise 30th birthday party held there and it turned out great! All of the staff made sure my event went perfectly. Donay (the assistant manager) helped me organize my party with them and made sure all of my requests were met. Megan (catering coordinator) she fulfilled my order to exactly what I wanted and the Red Robin made sure my gluten free buyers were made fresh to order for the guest I had that needed the accommodation. And my server Alyssa was on her game! Handling 40 guest with their different requests and doing everything a quick as she could and also was very attentive!!! Great job Alyssa! “We love Parx Casino. one of the things we really like it there is no smoking inside the casino. the staff os always pleasant and helpful. its a fun atmosphere and upbeat. most nights there is entertainment, music and contests. overall we always have a good experience and enjoy ourselves“

“Recently went there with a group of 8 guys. The bartender (Princess) Diana was phenomenal! She couldn't do enough for us. Extremely energetic, nice and accommodating. “We were in town last night for a sports tournament and stumbled upon the Firkin Tavern. With four kids and four adults, we weren’t sure what to expect, especially since the tavern was pretty busy with only one server. At first, we were a little concerned it might be overwhelming, but Mike, our waiter, quickly proved us wrong. He was absolutely amazing! Despite the crowd, he handled everything seamlessly and was extremely attentive. The food also exceeded our expectations, it wasn’t just typical bar food.. everything was delicious and really impressed us. If we’re ever in the area again for a tournament, we’ll definitely be back!“

Jack greeted us warmly and was very hospitable, we ordered a couple
Burgers some chicken fingers and a 4 Sundaes , the execution was very good, food and ice cream and service was very good, no complaints, shaky start but a solid finish ! Thanks Jack L! Appreciate your kind service. Keep up the good work ! A good attitude can be very contagious !“

“I recommend that your Managers learn Customer Service etiquette. My daughter & I purchased dinner last night(9/7/12) early evening. First, the young lady taking the order mentioned salt is not put on the fries when My daughter requested “no salt”(We know better than this, we are frequent customers). After waiting for our order I realized the “girl” (I think she is a manager)preparing the fries sprinkled salt on the fries so I mentioned it to my daughter so approached “the girl” to let her no salt was not ordered for the fries and she rolled her eyes as though it was my daughter’s fault that she put salt on our fries. “The girl” made more fries but when she called our order number (33) she slammed the bag down and slid the bag toward my daughter with “attitude on her face” I reacted by saying “did she just slam down the bag and slide it across the counter”? I did not make a scene because I didn’t want to embarrass her. I spent $24 for food and I did nothing to deserve her “nasty attitude” what she needs to do is train her employees properly and learn what Customer Service means. I will make a call to the Owner“

“Not only did the owner of this store go out of his way to get me a cake made when I screwed up and ordered too late but all of our guests said it was the best ice cream cake they ever had. I have locations closer to me but this is the one we will be going to from now on and I am telling all of my friends and family the same.“

“I hadn't been to Applebee's in quite some time. This was the Southampton location. Had the Loaded Wave Potatoes (loaded is a bit of a stretch, could really use more cheese and bacon but still) they were delicious! Crisp on the outside tender inside. Also had the Grilled Cheese Cheese Burger. Very good. Cooked perfectly to my order of medium, hot & juicy. Servers and hostess were so very nice, smiling, welcoming. This Applebee's location really stepped up their game.“

“Second experience at warrington location. Double meat wit with copper sharp. Place was packed so the wait for food was normal. Steak I think was overcooked then it normally is. But all in all it was a great cheesesteak!!! Always a fan!!! Just giving my honest 2 cents haha“

With several delays she kick butt on serving, bar tending, bar backing, running, and POS all alone lole a 1 person army of badasstery. This women is straight up amazing. I really cannot express how well she handled a literal boat load of customers single handedly. In most places with the situation of delays I've seen, would've folded 10 times over. But Stacey was FN amazing. She was superhuman and honestly if you see her please take care of her. Seriously no way of judging her as a mear mortal.
