“I ordered the lunch special which included a salad, soup (Tofu Tom Kar) and size-able entree (Sesame Seitan) for $10. My partner ordered the miso soup, spring roll, and avocado-cucumber sushi. The waitress was very kind and assured us that many of the listed items can be made vegan upon request. We loved everything we ordered and will likely return to try more of the menu!“

“Vegan/Vegetarian here.
My husband and I ordered the vegan ramen, sushi: aac roll, Oshinko roll, the vegan roll, the mango avocado, and then the hibachi veggies and rice.
All of it was deliciousssss.
I loved that they put dumplings in the ramen, the mango was delicious, miso soup was delicious, and they even threw in some cake.
Would highly recommend getting food from here.“

The sushi is so beautifully cut and made with the best ingredients. I have a gluten issues, their gluten-free temperature is the best, so crispy, not greasy, and perfectly cooked. Umami is a perfect blend in everything we have eaten.“

“Edit - Within less than an hour of posting my review, I received a prompt call from the restaurant to apologize explaining they saw my review and looked into what could’ve happened. They had found there was a crack in one of their lids and have fixed the issue. I am very happy with how quickly they looked into this and reached out. As such, I’m editing my review and can say this was likely just an accident and not indicative of the overall quality of the restaurant.Been coming here for years and the food is generally good. That said, we found a shard of hard glass or plastic in our food (spicy tuna roll) which my wife bit down on. Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll be coming back. Giving two stars just based on the previous good experiences…“

“This place is great. The food is some of the best I’ve had. I did their all you can eat menu which is only $32.95 for adults. Not only does it have sushi but it has other kitchen food items like beef/chicken/vegetable and broccoli, general tso, sweet & sour chicken and more. I tried the general tso chicken and this is by far the best I’ve had. It’s soft and tender and spicy just how I like it. The sushi is fresh and really good. The service is great. The people are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.“

“Stopped in on a whim after shopping at Trader Joe’s and thought sushi sounded good. We were pleasantly surprised after not knowing really anything about this restaurant. The restaurant was clean and had an awesome vibe to it - we were seated immediately and it was a Friday night! Server was quick & accommodating…she also gave us recommendations for most popular sushi rolls. Their menu in general is extensive, so much so that we ordered 3 more rolls than we needed because everything sounded so good. We also got one of their ramen bowls (also many options on their ramen menu!) which was TO DIE FOR. We talked about it for a solid week after! All of our food was so delicious, we feel like we found such a gem of a spot! We’ve already talked about how we’ll be making more Trader Joe’s tripped solely to come back to Kumo 🙌🏼 Highly recommend!!!! Wish I took photos to post but we ate everything so quick and our phones were the last thing we were focusing on after one bite. It’s also BYOB which is always nice!“

“This place is great! This was my first time ordering from them and we got delivery. It was ready fairly quickly and even arrive earlier than expected. The sushi was such a good price and great quality. We realized we were missing a roll and called back the store. They were able to redeliver it at no cost and had it there in under 10 mins! “I have been ordering there for 10+ years. They are great. They did have a downfall when the head lady that used to answer phone calls left. I do miss her. She was very personable. They would mess up my order, but since then things I’ve gotten better. Overall, it’s good food“

“Jade Island is a staple to the area, it's been around for quite awhile. We used to get sushi elsewhere, typically at restaurants in Doylestown, but JI has rebranded themselves and it is doing them wonders! I highly recommend the Ninja Turtle roll (if you like spicy) and the Pink Panties (for your softer side haha) and don't forget to pickup your seaweed salad!“

“The food was fantastic and the entertainment was great. I had a lobster and shrimp dish which had such great flavor. The blend of the vegetables was so tasty and melted in my mouth. When I mentioned entertainment I referred to the chef, who had a sense of humor while he prepared our food. He made our dinner most enjoyable. I certainly would return to the restaurant and encourage friends to try it.“

“Just went with my family two days after thanksgiving. Nice atmosphere, great food and great service. My parents and I had the pupu Platter, it consisted of Ribs, egg rolls, fried crab wonton, and shredded chicken. Then we had our entrees. My mom and I split the chicken in mango sauce special, my Dad had shrimp and fried rice, and my brother had sweet and sour chicken. He didn’t eat it, I stole one on his plate and it was delicious. Btw.. every food was delicious.“
