“My husband and I dined at the Jeannette location yesterday evening and from start to finish our experience was wonderful. We were promptly greeted by a very welcoming host upon entering. Our server, Marina, was attentive and personable. Food was delicious.“

“Phenomenal restaurant with staff to match the vibe. Everyone here is super friendly, and even the staff that are new seem to hit the mark without jeopardizing customer satisfaction. I would like to mention that I had a large party of 13 people. We did not demand to be seated together (because that would be ridiculous) but did have a specific time we would like to be seated. I had arrived an hour early to check in, and the staff were more than reasonable to accommodate us. The service we received was fast and friendly despite the obviously heavy load on the servers at the time. My table had a newer server, but he was still very skilled and accommodating. I will be returning often. I love this First Watch!“

Eat here once a week and never get tired of there food.Parking: There is a huge parking lot along with plenty of street parking all around icebergs, but you do have to pay for it during weekdays until 5:00 after 5:00 it is free and it is also free on weekends before and after 5:00.Kid-friendliness: There are arcade machines for kids to play along with plenty of kid-friendly drink and food options.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get to the front door. “This place is so eclectic. It is a FULL VIBE! I love everything about it! The service is impeccable!! FISH TACOs are absolutely delicious! Most of all the tacos have the same ingredients in them. The shrimp taco is a quite delicious as well; I think a Mango salsa would pair good on it. The chicken meat is cooked to perfection super tender! Wish there would have been different ingredients in the chicken opt. I added the street corn & guac to it & that elevated it forsure. Really cute & charming spot. Staff is incredibly kind!“

“I found this gem a few weeks ago and I am totally obsessed. I had the green chameleon smoothie and added turmeric and that is now my new favorite and I try to get it every time I am up that way. Today I tried the Pitaya smoothie bowl and it was amazing. It was hard to choose between all the delicious and nutritious toppings that they had for it but I think I did a pretty good job at picking the most delicious ones. I can't wait to try another one , however I don't know how it will top the one that I had today. I didn't think I was going to be able to finish it all and I probably shouldn't have and I should have saved some for later but I absolutely did not I ate every last drop. Also the employees are super friendly and efficient. Definitely highly recommend this place for delicious nutritious food and drinks. If I can give it more than five stars I would!!!“

“I stopped by for a quick bite while on jury duty lunch. Location is insanely convenient (directly across the street from courthouse). The food was DELICIOUS. I had a breakfast sandwich and a strawberry smoothie. 100% recommend!I love that this is a locally owned shop that gets their ingredients local and fresh as well. “Regular” customers were coming in and out. “I was so grateful to have them cater my bridal shower/brunch over the weekend. They’re so easy to work with, so sweet and the food was out of this world! I was so set on having a brunch and the food did not disappoint! Dawn is so great to work with and is super helpful! They were on time and super efficient too including breaking down and packaging our extra food for us!“

Also need to pay attention to the direction signs AND cars, have nearly clipped a few confused drivers coming in the wrong direction.“

“Always very nice employees at this location. I did ask for no pink, and as usual, it had pink. This seems to be a company wide issue. I was told they cook the burgers based upon a timer, but maybe they need to adjust it a little longer or turn up the temp. I was very hungry and just ate it, and it did taste good. Next time, I will ask for well done. I do wish they still had the jalapeños coins as an app, we always ordered them. Overall, it's still very good.“

“My order was made incorrectly. I called the store and the woman was very nice. Went back to pick up the replacement and she gave me a refund plus some chips and guac.Everyone makes mistakes but how they handle it afterwards shows you their integrity. Will definitely be going back.“
