I have never found a place that had the perfect food and atmosphere I was looking for until I entered Lilith last night. Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. The service from being greeted to the absolutely awesome server we had was excellent! The food had a wow factor rarely found in Pittsburgh. I’m not usually a huge fan of how vegetables are cooked most places and the veggies in my dish just blew things out of the water. You could tell they were fresh and local too. “A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. “This place was great! We all ordered different things and tried them all and everything was stellar in their own unique way. I will say the pork belly app was a little bit on the drier side..not my favorite but the sauces were good. Id also say if youre looking for Thai I wouldn't necessarily say they had a lot of Thai options...other than curry sauces nothing really scream classic Thai dishes- BUT BUT the food nonetheless was still incredible- I got tvr crispy shrimp and I dont think I could have eaten it any faster, and the lamb was really good, what really took the cake for me was the 17 ingredient salad they had- it was such a unique and interesting flavor. Our server was phenomenal, and they were very attentive and nice! 1000% recommend dining outside its BEAUTIFUL“

This family not only knows how to make amazing tacos, burritos, etc., but they also know how to feed the soul of a community. From their donation based coffee station to their pay it forward meals to their community meals at the end of the day when they have some extra ingredients, everyone is treated with respect and dignity. “My family went for lunch on Saturday, the place was absolutely packed! And for good reason, the food was absolutely delicious! And the service we received from our waiter was perfect. Elijah was very attentive and always happy to meet my toddlers many requests 😅 Also would like to add that even though they were super busy, it took them less than 10 minutes to get us seated and the food didn’t take long to come out at all. We had the Mofongo Rellenos con Pollo Guisad, Rice & Beans, the best Tostones, AND, the best Tres Leches cake I ever had! (Not hyperbole. Full stop.) “There’s nothing like discovering a new ice cream shop when you travel. I love trying out local ice cream wherever I go and Millie‘s homemade ice cream definitely did not disappoint.

These ice cream flavors were some of the richest, most decadent I have ever experienced and that is coming from an ice cream aficionado.

After dinner, we walked to Millie‘s from our Airbnb and after sampling many different flavors, I finally settled upon the backyard s’mores and the brownie batter. Both flavors absolutely stuck true to their names and packed a punch.

I think I preferred the backyard s’mores just slightly because the brownie batter was SO decadent and SO rich it almost was too much. The keyword there being “almost”.

“Came here about 10 years ago to see Perturbator and Arcade High, and recently came back for the Ultra Sunn live event. The show was an absolute blast and the atmosphere was awesome. Only downside was the pizza side of the venue. The whole pizza was pretty meh and way overpriced for the size. Still, the event itself made up for it and I’ll definitely keep coming back for shows.“
