“I’ve visited on several different occasions, and I always pay attention to how the cooks prepare the food. There’s one cook in particular — I think his name starts with a B — who I don’t see as often anymore, but he is always so friendly and welcoming. Every time he’s the one cooking my order, the food is perfect. I actually reorder certain items because I know he’s there.

Don’t get me wrong, the other cook is okay, but there have been a few mistakes on really simple items. I mostly order online, and I will forever be a Lil Trent’s fan, but I have to be honest — the dark-skinned cook definitely deserves more hours. He really does his thing back there.“

“For my daughter’s wedding we were looking for a wood fired pizza truck. The ones we loved weren’t available and we booked Red Stone Pizza Truck sight unseen. I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? Would the bacon wrapped scallops be a hit or miss (you know how that goes). Happy to say that everything was a hit! Jessica was easy to work with and the team there that day was wonderful! No one ever had to wait for pizza, they served it up and had another hot one ready to go. Everyone was so nice and customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced! I had several people tell me how good the pizza was and some even said it was the best pizza they’d ever had! Some said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! (Even the bacon wrapped scallops were amazing!) I would recommend Red Stone for your food truck or catering needs! Thank you for running things so smoothly and making my daughters day special!!“

“First time going earlier. Ordered 3 cheesesteaks after seeing images on another page. These cheesesteaks are super heavy and packed with so much flavor. Of course on a seeded roll. First, the owners of the truck are particularly friendly and generous to people in this area. Next, I absolutely love their chili chicken over rice. It is extremely flavorful and quite spicy. “Ever since I first tried this ice cream shop in 2025 I've been in love with it!! I a worried that they were going to have to close at the end of the year, but they're under new ownership! Despite new owners, they still have their original flavors and have even added some new ones!! My favorite OG flavor is their Lemon Buttermilk, and my two new favorites are their Matcha and Thai Tea! This visit I got the matcha and Thai tea on a fresh waffle (as pictured). Nothing but good vibes and delicious flavors here!!“

“Huge fan, I’ve never had a bad sandwich at Johnny Hot’s, until today 8/30/24. I was supposed to have just pork roll on a steak roll with spicy mustard, no egg and no cheese. The pork roll is usually cut very thin with a nice braise on it. It had egg & cheese on it. The egg & cheese were warm the meat was cool, no grill color to it. By the time I took the egg & cheese off there was hardly any pork roll, very disappointed. It was “no change” Friday, so I gave my apprentice 15 dollars for a sandwich I couldn’t even eat.“

“I visited the truck during my lunch break to pick up lunch for me and my mother. We both got the chicken over rice with the salad. The man in the truck was very nice and personable. The person in front of me ordered six plates, and he served them promptly. When it was my turn order, he greeted me warmly and served the food fairly quickly. The food is delicious and the portions are great, the meal comes with a drink as well. it's a plentiful serving because I only ate half for dinner and had the other half the next day for lunch and it was just as delicious. “Kelly and Amarildo at Byzantine Empire were absolutely amazing as the catering service for my wedding (~50-60 people) in the Philadelphia suburbs a few weeks ago. Before the event, they were extremely helpful and responsive. For the day of, the portions were very generous and the cost was very reasonable. All of my guests raved about the food and no one left hungry. We had a grazing table, served apps, and the mains were salmon, lamb shank (this is what I had and it was awesome), and a beef rib cheesesteak (huge!). Individual creme brulees were served instead of a cake which were delicious. I highly recommend them.“

“I'm a big fan of the Mexican grill stand. Everything I've ever ordered has been fresh, with perfectly balanced seasoning. The food here is in a whole different league than anything you'll get at one of the cali-mex or tex-mex burrito chains (prices are about the same). The shrimp tacos combine tender & juicy shrimp with pico de gallo and a creamy/spicy sauce--tastes like it's mayo or sour cream based. The steak tacos have chopped white onions and fresh cilantro. Both come in real-deal double soft corn tortillas. Squirt some lime on everything! Enjoy a perfect lunch. But don't bother with their little salsa cups, both green & red are lackluster.“
