Holy smokes, had the bbq brisket with coleslaw at Laurel Hill Cemetery and that sandwich was to die for. Seriously, absolutely delicious!
Kelly and Amarildo at Byzantine Empire were absolutely amazing as the catering service for my wedding (~50-60 people) in the Philadelphia suburbs a few weeks ago. Before the event, they were extremely helpful and responsive. For the day of, the portions were very generous and the cost was very reasonable. We used Byz Empire food trucks for our wedding and I absolutely cannot recommend them enough!!!
They met with us beforehand so we could have a tasting, they worked with us to hand pick our menu, and hired amazing staff to pass out appetizers during cocktail hour. Every single dish was delicious. Food service was seamless - we had 140 guests and everyone was fed in such a short window of time!!
