“This place is a 10/10! Our family came from Texas to visit and we ordered dumplings, general tso’s, and the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was extremely crispy and delicious and the dumplings were fresh. Definitely recommend coming here!“

After trying a few after moving to Jim Thorpe, China Ming is not only the best in the area but one of the best I've ever had. The menu is standard but the food quality is just exceptional. I don't know what they do differently, slightly different recipes or fresher ingredients but it's far and above other places. It's become a regular go to on nights no one feels like cooking.Vegetarian options: The tofu that comes with the General Tso's tofu is something very special!! It's amazing.“
