“TRULY enjoyed my time there. The bar has updated decor and lives up to its name as a sports bar. A bunch of TVs and general sporty feel inside. Marc and Keith were exceptionally friendly with the drinks being reasonably priced and strong. Highly recommend for a game night. And the "crack" fries were DELICIOUS!!! Definitely a good spot for a date as well as they have smaller tables away from the bar so you can engage in conversation.

Sat down at 7:15 just to find out that at least 3-4 items on the menu were sold out (and of course the ones we wanted)…. Took 15-20 minutes to get 1 speciality drink off the menu with 2 bartenders. Moderately crowded at the time compared to my last experience. Would recommended going earlier so you have options to choose from…. A little frustrating”

“Our first time today. we are not into sushi so had the "American" dishes. Hubby had grilled Capri with shrimp. And I had the Cordon Bleu. Both were awesome although I have to say that I'll have the Capri next time!! Our server, Renee, was super friendly and attentive, let us take our time with no rushing. Very pleasant experience!”

“I just came into Scott’s By Dam by happenstance in the middle of the day for lunch. I was so pleasantly surprised with the excellent price, ambiance and the friendly staff. “i honestly think this might be the best restaurant in Johnstown. The fried mozzarella was amazing. Better than the high-end restaurant's mozzarella. The salad was good but can live without it(the side salad that is) But the bread. it tastes exactly like how my mom used to make it. It was soft, warm, and tasty. one of the best things I tried for being so simple. I was hoping for alfredo but didn't see it so I got the garlic oil pasta. It was good on its own but REALLY good with parmasan on it. it tasted like a less creamy version of alfredo”

You can also order fresh fish by the pound to take home and cook yourself or freeze for later. Interior is clean and bright and definitely cool retro design. Homemade slaw and pierogies are amazing. A local gem.”

“delicious food! Best pizza around hands down! The loaded bbq brisket fries are to die for! Caesar salad is great and the wings are PHENOMENAL. Always my first and only choice for pizza night. Food arrives hot and is packaged with care. Only issue I've ever had with them is once they put the wings on top of my salad in a bag and the doordasher wasn't careful with it. It was a huge mess....but wasn't REALLY the pizza places fault. If you live in Moxham this is a no brainer dinner choice.”

“Honestly I'm stunned by how good this restaraunt is. For being a hotel restaraunt I had lower expectations and I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff are fantastic, they were accommodating and friendly.

The food really surprised me. The bacon jam & brie, the pear and brie flatbread and the Pierogis all excellent. The fish and tortellini were really good. This is a much better than average hotel restaraunt. I will eat here every time I stay without a doubt.”

“THIS PLACE IS A BLAST FROM THE PAST (....if you were a kid in the 80s-90s)!!
This place brings back memories of elementary school birthday parties and Friday night dinners with my grandparents. There's a fun house mirror near the restrooms and a game room in the back. I don't know that this place has ever been updated, and I kinda hope it never does!!!
We'd never been here but we're new to the area and we've been trying everything. I wish I'd caught our waitresses name because she was lovely! I inquired about their HALUSKI and she brought me a sample. (It's the egg noodles kind but still delicious!) The Mac and cheese was heavenly too. Our burgers were HUGE! Everything was great and we will definitely be back!”
