“I have enjoyed many products from Taste of Puebla over the years as they come to my local farmers market. Recently I tried 2 new products - the jalapeño poppers and the queso. Both are quite tasty. The poppers fried up well and are full of flavor. The queso is creamy and not too salty. it's great as a dip or on nachos. I highly recommend both!“

“I spotted this food truck on the side of the road and decided to give it a try. Even though it only had a couple of reviews, I figured I’d see for myself. I don’t speak Spanish, so there was a bit of a language barrier at first, but the lady running the truck was super helpful. We used Google Translate, and it worked out just fine. I ordered a chicken burrito, and while it was a little on the cool side, the filling was packed with juicy seasoned shredded chicken, lettuce, beans, cheese, and onions. The flavor was really good and had a nice kick. I also got a single beef barbacoa taco with cilantro and onions on a corn tortilla, and it was awesome. The crispy onions on top and dipping it in their green and red sauces really hit the spot. There are a few benches to sit on and plenty of parking around, so it’s a pretty chill setup. I’ll definitely be back“

“The food was delicious! You get a lot of food for what you pay. It is definitely worth it. They bring out chips with refried beans and cheese on top which was different and very good. The fresh waters were delicious we had pineapple and guayaba. Both hit the spot! I couldnt finish my plate like i said it was a lot of food so i had enough for rhe next day. “We had Southbound BBQ company provide the food for our outpost night for our Cub Scout 4 day summer camp and the food was absolutely amazing. We got pulled pork, brisket and kielbasa and our group reheated the food in huge pots of boiling water and the result was a memorable meal for our group of 40 campers and adult leaders. It was by far the best meal of the weekend. The combination of 3 meats, cheese. lettuce, tomato and amazing BBQ sauce was mind blowing! I highly recommend Southbound BBQ and hope we can repeat this next year!“
