Started the work day at Philter while waiting for Kennett Glass to open, and I’m so glad I did. Excellent cappuccino (could have had it without sugar! will next time!), delicious parfait, great vibe.
Hit the spot on a very warm afternoon
Darling spot in the historic downtown w/outdoor seating, great coffee drinks (oatmilk, hurrah!) and gifts. I love their Autumn Latte w/cardamom.
