“This was my first time and I was excited to try it based on the reviews. I understand it was a holiday weekend. The service was very very slow. The food was mediocre at best. I left there feeling very disappointed with 90% of my dinner in a box. Which I did not eat, I gave it to my son as a late night snack.”

“My son and daughter-in-law had their engagement party at La Cigogne and it was truly a wonderful experience. The ambiance was warm and elegant, making it a perfect setting for such a special occasion. The staff was incredibly attentive, professional and genuinely kind throughout the entire event. Our guests are raving about the fun time they had. The food was delicious; and our guests had a variety of dietary needs, and the restaurant accommodated everyone. We are so grateful to Damien and the entire team at La Cignone for helping make their celebration so memorable. If you're looking for a place to host a special event, we can't recommend this place enough.”

“Sandwiches are sold by the pound, our you NUTS? So your saying my guarantee is I'll NEVER get ripped off and I can order it heavy or light? I like this idea. Not conventional but maybe everyone should follow suit here. This is something I experienced in Florence by the way. so if the quality is there, then quit your whining, and LOOSEN UP I say! Publishing fixed prices with the way the cost of food goods are fluctuating like gas prices is a huge waste of time and money for small business! A small business owner who usually doesn't have enough time in the day as it is, should simply adopt the concept. It probably saves a ton of money and time, I get it, I applaud the notion! Everything was wonderful!”

“We are visiting in the area and had dinner here - the garlic parm crusted haddock was super flavorful and came with mashed potatoes and delicious sautéed veggies. My daughter loved the Mac and cheese and the cheesecake was also very good. The owners/staff are very friendly and helpful, this is a little gem for sure.”

“We found peters europa house on a whim. We were staying at our cabin in the Poconos celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. Everything about this restaurant was amazing. Food delicious! “My friends and I stopped in one day for an early dinner. We got garlic knots, the chicken bacon ranch pizza, and cannoli’s. I’m still thinking about how good everything was. We are from Pennsylvania and I’d make a day trip for that pizza any time of the week!”

“We visited Newfoundland last summer and loved eating moose! 🇨🇦🫎 A couple of months ago my co-worker and her husband found your restaurant. We were so excited to try your Traditional Newfoundland Moose Stroganoff last night! 🫎🍄 It was awesome! The meat was so tender and the sauce decadent. We shared sides of mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. I could not get over the flavor of the vegetables! We also shared a bowl of Cream of Mushroom soup, which was incredible! By far, the best Cream of Mushroom soup I've had! 🍄🍲 I cannot thank you enough for taking my food allergies seriously and preparing us such a tasty dinner. It was so nice to reminisce about Newfoundland and have such a tasty meal. We will definitely be back! 🫎”

“Planned a birthday party for my kids here… owner was super great about everything!! Reserved tables for us… unfortunately i planned the party and there was thunderstorms on and off. She felt so bad that our tables were wet and offered for us to go inside! I insist that we would be ok. I set up the tables, had guest come… and it was so nice! Brought my own food. But they do have a bar and restaurant right on the beach!! And a couple arcade games! We ended up having to move some stuff inside because it started raining and the owners were cool about it! And not to mention it was way cheaper then anywhere else! Thank you guys for helping make my daughters birthdays great💗 anyone whos never been here… its a GREAT beach. They have a dock you can dive off of… a ton of beach toys for kids to use so you dont even need to bring toys! You can rent jet skis i believe and go out on the water… it’s absolutely a hidden gem”

“The staff is awesome and the food is amazing. It starts with the warm bread then I highly recommend the French onion soup to start, the creamy garlic salad dressing or just get the Bonny salad and call it a meal! All the dinners are great! So glad we finally got out there, great job to all!”

“The food here is very hit or miss, though the servers are very attentive and the atmosphere is pleasant, looking out the windows at the golf course. The chicken in the chicken salad was overcooked/hard/dry, and there was not allot of it, on the sandwich which was mostly an overly large croissant. They have good fries, though. My wife liked her asian salad, i agrred that it tasted good, but not a lot of imagination put into it.

“Our host recommended Carini for dinner and it did not disappoint! Food was hot, seafood plentiful, portions large, and overall delicious. We had hot antipasto, chicken saltibocca, zuppa di peche. and homemade gelato to finish the meal. We took leftovers home. Our server was polite and attentive managing a busy dinner by herself! A great experience!”
