“I want to thank the guy that worked front counter today. I am a diabetic but I cheat once in awhile. Letter today was M so I got 3 free pretzels. I also wanted a box of the nuggets. I asked if he can make a box of nuggets and 1 of my free pretzels without salt. I am a diabetic and the salt is the worst thing I can eat. He did did so willingly. “I ordered off the Panera app last night and the delivery driver never showed up to Panera to deliver my order, and the store closed. I called the customer support and the General manager, Genie, was so helpful!!! Because the driver never showed up Genie offered to go above and beyond and deliver my food since it was already made. The driver did end up showing up but Genie showed amazing customer service, and was ready to go above and beyond!!“
