“This place is a little hidden gem that we stumbled upon in our travels. It’s decorated beautifully and the food does not disappoint! Amazing & delicious! We will be back!“

“My husband and I just had our first weekend at The Woods. The establishment as a whole is very clean. We enjoyed the over 4 miles of hiking trails, as well as the pool and hot tub. The main store is also great for cute outfits, items to remember the camp by, as well as everything you could have forgotten to bring with you for camp. The only thing I’d like to heavily mention to people tenting is that a lot of the tent site pads are mostly gravel/rocky area. You will want to bring heavy duty stakes or some sort of alternative for keeping your camp down. We especially enjoyed everyone we met this weekend and hope we cross paths again!“

“It’s my first time here. The place is nice, with unique decorations unlike a typical bar. The beer menu is displayed on the wall, and the cocktail menu is on paper. It’s small but cool. You’ll need to find street parking nearby. A great spot to grab a beer and try different flavors!“

“I’m from Maryland and I visited JT for the first time this past weekend. I can’t express enough how wonderful the entire town is. But Wild Elder was the most welcoming and cozy establishment. I highly suggest the Elderflower Cider or mulled Elderberry wine. I had their BLT and broccoli slaw and it paired perfect! I can’t wait to come back again!“

“I absolutely love this place, I've been here many times, and it never disappoints. From taking the distillery tour to attending special events, I keep finding new reasons to come back. The outdoor fire pits create the perfect evening atmosphere to enjoy one of their signature cocktails, and the tented area with string lights and live music adds a wonderful touch to the experience. The food is consistently high quality, which just adds to the appeal. I truly can’t recommend Eight Oaks enough!“

“My boyfriend & I stopped by today & we had an amazing experience. We were visiting from out of town & Abby the bartender was so cool. We were introduced to the orange cosmopolitan that was delicious! Then she made me a hot apple cider with fireball with a cinnamon stick! It was so good... Just what I needed to warm up ... “Great spot, with a huge all-weather deck; we had to eat on the sidewalk at one of 3 tables because we had the dog with us. A hot day in March brought ALL the people out so it was busy as heck at 3:00 pm. The big pluses were meeting the owners which were so amazingly friendly, and our server was sweet as apple pie. Good solid pub/bar food and a fun atmosphere. Cozy little bar. Fish & chips and Reuben were very nice.“
