“Pizza was fine, but salad was not as described on the Slice menu. Ordered a veggie salad as it was described to have the typical veggies, but was to include egg and croutons. Salad was delivered covered in black olives and banana peppers. I was able to pick off the olives and peppers, but was missing the ingredients listed in the description. Please update the menu in the app.“

“The owner and his staff are always very pleasant. It’s a nice clean environment and my salads are always made with fresh vegetables. I’ve tried a few different items and haven’t been disappointed. Tonight I went with the penne a la vodka. The sauce was creamy and delicious! Also the bread that comes with the salad is really yummy, it has garlic, herbs & cheese on it.

“We started going here during the pandemic and this is our go to pizza place. Whether it be an eggplant Parm a chicken steak or a pizza. Everything is always delicious. The owners are also absolutely lovely.

Vegetarian options: I am a super picky vegetarian, and I can always find something to eat here. Might go to are there cheese pies and they’re delicious eggplant Parmesan subs. I’ve also had their stuffed shells which were delicious.“

“Awesome little find in Hummelstown! My family and I were intrigued by the high ratings so we had to try the pizza out for ourselves.

We went in for lunch and there were several pizzas to choose from for a single slice. I got the Old World, my husband got the cheese, and my son got the garlic with tomatoes. We all loved our pizza! We also got the garlic knots that came with their homemade sauce, so delicious!

The atmosphere is also adorable. There’s such a nostalgic old school pizzeria feels to it with plenty of tables to eat at. All the workers were also so kind and welcoming.

“My husband and I saw this establishment by chance and decided to give it a try on our way home from some errands this weekend. We were greeted by the co-owner who could not have been kinder and even threw in two hoagies for us to try since it was our first time there. Absolutely phenomenal pizza and the hoagies were to die for. We plan on returning asap!“

The cheesesteak had great flavor and the grilled chicken salad was delicious as well. But the true star was the pizza. “The portions for the meal deal I got were larger than I expected, which was nice. We were going to eat outside, so we waited inside to pick up the food at the counter, but they actually brought it out to us instead of making us go up to get it. Food came out pretty quickly! Seems like a very popular spot by the number of people coming to pick up food in the time we were there. I should've gotten dessert, they looked really good on the menu! Some tables outside were a bit dirty, but they probably hadn't been able to get around to it since they were pretty busy. “Went in for a slide and got the meat lovers thick crust. Large piece for $3.98 with tax. While waiting I was shocked to see the very large menu of subs, cold and hot, salads and Strombolis. Casual setting if you dine in with great 80s music and sever was great. I was feeling like I walked into a joint in NYC the minute I opened the door and when I saw the sever wearing a NY cap, I figured I was right on with a smile on my face.“

Phoned my order in, the woman I spoke with wasn't the most pleasant person but I chalked it up to it being a Friday night so im sure they're pretty busy.
Ordered hot wings [crispy]/fries w/ranch and bc.
Upon arriving to p/u my order, same energy, not so pleasant but I was right, they were extremely busy. Food was piping hot, wings are really good but not crispy as per my request. Fries are also really good also.
If you're a first timer like me, beware the prices on the menu posted have increased.

“We came to town for a softball tournament and the front desk recommended them. Grabbed a menu , they have a huge offering and it’s all priced very reasonable!! Ordered a bunch of food and waited less than 45 minutes to have it delivered to our hotel room door! The meatballs, Alfredo with chicken and broccoli, garlic bread and salad were all so good. It’s not often you can order that much and EVERYTHING is good! We’re in the area for softball often and have already decided we’ll be ordering again when we’re back next month!! Highly recommend!“

However, it did look like it was cooked to possibly just before the verge of being burnt, so it's possible that it would have tasted a bit better if it was in the oven a bit less. This was about 9pm and there was a shop 2 blocks away and said they closed early, so I looked at Google again and found a few that were still open and deliver. I checked them all out and Pizza Delight was rated highest so I placed my order on the Slice App. Pizza Delight has now become my favorite pizza shop in the Harrisburg area!
