“Staff was very friendly - helped me out when I didn't know how to order lol. I got an iced caramel latte with marshmallow soft whip on top. SOO good. Far better than big corporate coffee places like Starbucks. Also order a breakfast bagel. That was also really good! I really like the atmosphere. My only complaint would tables (they have a sticky-like texture & they're pretty high up from the booth seats. Other than that, I really enjoyed my first experience here. Will definitely be back again.“

“Scratch bakes has coffee and desserts, along with a beautiful seating space. It’s a good spot to come in the afternoon for a social meeting or a relaxing place to work. Acoustically it is a little echoey, but there is music that helps it from having a dead silence.“

“First time visit for lunch today. This place is OUTSTANDING in every category! I got the turkey club and my wife got the grilled chicken salad. Both were delicious! We saved room for dessert and got a grilled peach muffin and coffee. KILLER! Very friendly staff, and exceptionally clean throughout. Can’t wait to go back and try breakfast.“

“Wow, this is the best Plov in our area! The Beef is soft, juicy, and falls apart in your mouth, super rice. The carrots are delicious, and the tomatoes are juicy and tasty. Everything is so delicious, you won't find anything like this in local restaurants. And this is one of the best burger patties (in the world?). I ordered a double cheeseburger, and everything was great. What is the size of the patties? 1 inch of meat? Super! I'm full. Try finding such juicy and tasty patties on this coast. “We had breakfast three times at Coffee Co. In Lancaster PA. Three times were very good. Our server was Chris G. He was very friendly and nice. We had another server a lady. I dont remember her name. She was very nice too. We are from Connecticut and had a wonderful time in Lancaster PA. We plan to go back.“

“On a whim, my wife recommended this place for us on the way to Hershey Park. We’re staying at the hotel across the street so I gave it a shot. As per usual, my wife was right and the smoothies we had were some of the best we’ve ever tasted!! I had the chia banana boost (with whey protein) and it was awesome. My wife had the apple matcha and she destroyed that!! This place literally was our go to spot for lunch and post workout meals for us. The prices of the meals and smoothies are amazingly fair, if not almost a steal for the portions offered. My family and I are going back here in February for another visit to the area and we are 10000% coming back!! I truly appreciate a great deal, and exceptional customer service. This location has both!! The owner and his staff were extremely courteous to my family and very helpful with assisting my small kids with placing orders that would best suit them. We’re from New York, so we’re not used to having our cake and eating it too, at least without paying exorbitant prices. This is a great surprise and a MUST VISIT for anybody looking for a huge portion and delicious meal/meal replacement.“

“I wish we had tried this cafe sooner. The food is good with generous portions. We usually get one of the special which are a great deal. The seating in the enclosed porch is bright and airy with lots of hanging plants. The service has always been great. I've been telling everyone to go check it out. I can't recommend the Dutch-way cafe enough.“

The restaurant is very open and laid out nicely, so I like that improvement over older Panera locations. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with a coffee, and both items were very good, but they really need to have more than one person making food early on a Sunday morning. Other than the wait, I really enjoyed my visit while passing through.“
