The food was good but it was the service that truly made the experience memorable. Our bartender Shannon, couldn’t have been more accommodating! She was super friendly, charismatic and her attentiveness was remarkable! From remembering what we had to drink, to bringing us refills without us having to ask, to going above and beyond to make sure our kids were happy and content. Numerous guests acknowledged how great Shannon's service was. Great venue! Great food! Outstanding service! The mushroom soup was ok, not the best, a bit too thickened with cornstarch or flour and not served hot enough. Our group of 5 on our way to Wharton-Esherick house all enjoyed our lunch“

“It was our first time dining at Valley House. I was in the mood for something different and the lamb gyro did not disappoint! The lamb was perfectly seasoned, sliced thin, and piled generously on a warm, grilled pita. It was topped with creamy tzatziki, marinated red onions, tomatoes, and lettuce, which all blended together for a great taste! Having a gyro as a menu option was a nice change of pace from the usual pub food.“
