“First time in this establishment celebrating my daughter's birthday luncheon. Based on reviews, we ordered accordingly: I had the wild mushroom bisque, which was just a little too thick for my liking, and perhaps could've been hotter while my daughter ordered the onion soup, which was excellent. I chose to have the grilled scallops and greens salad, which was very good. The scallops however I believe for my taste were undercooked, but everything else was just to my liking. My daughter got the tomato basil mozzarella salad, which was plentiful enough to bring home for another meal. The barkeeper serves a generous drink ! Our server, Mimi was very attentive and welcoming, not to mention personable. I would recommend to anybody who wants a good meal and a pleasant experience off the beaten path.“

“We attended a rehearsal dinner last week at the Fox Barn and had an amazing time. The private room was beautiful, great ambience and lovely atmosphere. The food was good but it was the service that truly made the experience memorable. Our bartender Shannon, couldn’t have been more accommodating! She was super friendly, charismatic and her attentiveness was remarkable! From remembering what we had to drink, to bringing us refills without us having to ask, to going above and beyond to make sure our kids were happy and content. Numerous guests acknowledged how great Shannon's service was. Great venue! Great food! Outstanding service! “I just held a 40th birthday party at Lock 29. Everything was great. The space was perfect, everyone raved about the food and cake (some people said it was the best cake they’ve ever had!), The servers were awesome, they made sure everyone had what they needed and did a great job keeping things organized and clean throughout! “My husband and I went here for the first time last week. The woman that took care of us was Lee. She was very inviting and kind. Our drinks were refreshing! “This is such a cute space. Its seat yourself and first come first serve. The service can be iffy depending on how crowded it is. And the menu is smaller in the beer garden. Limted to certain pizzas, some pasta, salad, appetizers. But the food is good and the drinks are good. Not great for large parties of people. Id say best for up to 4 people.“

“$1 beers, what more could you want? I’m from London UK and first visited Jake’s bar in 2016. Upon returning I was shocked to find out beers are still only $1! It’s a dive bar that is full of character and friendly people. I’ll be sure to return when I’m next in West Chester.“

“My boyfriend and I drove from MA to PA in April and we stopped at Ron’s on the first night before continuing our drive to our place to stay in Akron. We walked in and it was busy (Friday night at dinner time to be expected). We waited not long and grabbed two seats at the bar. The bartenders were all attentive, friendly and gave great recommendation. We shared Supersticks and Chicken Parm and a dessert to go. The food was incredible and great size portions. We loved it so much we ended up going back into town Sunday night instead of trying somewhere new because we enjoyed it so much that we wanted to try something else. The second night we shared the Nachos, a Buffalo Chicken Stromboli and French Onion Soup. It was equally as good and enjoyable as the first night and we sat in the dining room this time and the waitress was just as great as the bartenders! Now we say every weekend that we are going to drive to PA and stay the night just so we can go eat at Ron’s(one day we won’t be joking). Thank you for the amazing food, service and memories! We hope to be back soon!“

“Great experience last night. Tried going to iron hill for a burger. Sat down and waited 20 minutes but no one came over to us. Seemed like the kitchen was backed up but the front kept seating people. So we left and went to 320, where I normally just grab and go. My husband and I sat at the bar, got burgers, fries, mad elf, and a mad elf cru to take home. Great spot for a low key night out.“

“Duffer’s is an amazing establishment! Not only is the food and the service wonderful, Mike Slachta, the owner, is very community oriented. From partnering with our group and agreeing to hold county line dancing there every week, to collaborating with Arasapha Farms for their combo dinner and haunt events, to donating to (our) their local firehouse and first responders and other township events.
It’s one of the best places and our favorite place to eat, drink and hang out. And they have one of the best bartenders ever, Erin Bless! (Erin is also an amazing person and gifted realtor if anyone is looking to buy or sell!)

“I had a fantastic experience at Santino’s Tap & Table in West Chester PA. I went of a mini vacation to visit some friends in that area. I was starving when I got off of the plane, and met my friends outside of the airport. When I got into the car I made a comment about being a tad hangry haha. I was then told we have the perfect place for you. My friends took me to Santino’s Tap & Table and let me tell you it was amazing in every way possible. The restaurant was very clean, nicely set up and the staff were very friendly and very informative when asking questions about the menu. This place has it all appetizers, entree’s, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, soup and salads, a brunch menu, breakfast and even a children’s menu for the kids in your family that are picky eaters. Speciality cocktail menu, along with a full bar with knowledgeable bar tenders. I started off with a water, then decided on a Blood Orange Bourbon Sour it was perfectly balanced and a very good drink to chose. Looking through their Winter Menu they had a wide variety to chose from. For and appetizer i chose the Shrimp Lejon it was so delicious! For my main dish of the night I decided to try the Short Rib& Portabella Mushroom Ravioli hands down one of the best things I have tasted. The service was fast and efficient, the staff was so nice and knowledgeable. I left very impressed, with a full stomach and was fully satisfied. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely make it a priority to stop by Santino’s Tap& Table. Go check it out for yourself, you will not regret it!“
