“Had a solo dinner here last night while passing through downtown West Chester and wanted somewhere casual but high-quality. I grabbed an open stool right at the bar and ordered their Southern-style pulled pork sandwich with fries. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, and the service from the bartender was fast and friendly even though the floor was getting busy.“

“Had a great time. We went to see Magical Mystery Doors. Food was excellent and top k notch burgers. Our waitress went above and beyond ( sorry forgot name but petite woman curly hair). Our only complaint was they should set boundaries when there is live music. We had a table almost next to the stage but there was so many people that we had to stand ( not that that’s a problem) but there was ways they could’ve avoided this. All in all a solid place“

“Great spot for Roast beef hidden away in Marcus Hook. The bartender Carrie is the best she is very polite and attentive she took my order of three beef sandwiches hand carved immediately after she found me a seat at the bar .While I waited I ordered a drink and before I was finished my drink the sandwiches were done, each one prepared exactly as ordered and they came with fries. The people were very polite most likely locals and I decided to order another drink before leaving. Another thing I notice everywhere is the owner years customers and his staff with respect. I admire that..I would definitely recommend this place for lunch and a drink. Carrie and everyone there made me feel comfortable Im glad we decided on The Srar bar that day..“

Everyone was nice and welcoming , Customers and employees. The bartender (I think his name was Joe) was very attentive. The nice lady trying to get us to do karaoke was a whole vibe! Limted to certain pizzas, some pasta, salad, appetizers. But the food is good and the drinks are good. Not great for large parties of people. Id say best for up to 4 people.“

“Jake's Bar is an institution and deserves 100 stars. Is there food? Barely. Do they have a wide assortmet of drinks to choose from? No. Are the bathrooms modern? lol.
Does it need any of these things? No. Jake's excels at what it is- a dive bar in a college town. Dwayne and Orazio are legends, and the absolute best. I had my first legal drink at Jake's in 2002, and 24 years later still try to stop by a few times a year. <3“

“Love the vibe here, great local spot in a rustic 1700’s era building. Very good service from the staff. Phenomenal selection of beers on tap which was the main reason I found this place. It gets loud inside with the live music, though not overwhelming. I have to dink them on the menu though, not sure why they serve the pastrami sandwich chilled, just doesn’t seem right, and was a pretty low grade of pastrami. The fries were way oversalted. I’ll back, but will probably stick with drinks at the bar“

“I had a fantastic experience at Santino’s Tap & Table in West Chester PA. I went of a mini vacation to visit some friends in that area. I was starving when I got off of the plane, and met my friends outside of the airport. When I got into the car I made a comment about being a tad hangry haha. I was then told we have the perfect place for you. My friends took me to Santino’s Tap & Table and let me tell you it was amazing in every way possible. The restaurant was very clean, nicely set up and the staff were very friendly and very informative when asking questions about the menu. This place has it all appetizers, entree’s, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, soup and salads, a brunch menu, breakfast and even a children’s menu for the kids in your family that are picky eaters. Speciality cocktail menu, along with a full bar with knowledgeable bar tenders. I started off with a water, then decided on a Blood Orange Bourbon Sour it was perfectly balanced and a very good drink to chose. Looking through their Winter Menu they had a wide variety to chose from. For and appetizer i chose the Shrimp Lejon it was so delicious! For my main dish of the night I decided to try the Short Rib& Portabella Mushroom Ravioli hands down one of the best things I have tasted. The service was fast and efficient, the staff was so nice and knowledgeable. I left very impressed, with a full stomach and was fully satisfied. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely make it a priority to stop by Santino’s Tap& Table. Go check it out for yourself, you will not regret it!“

“Great experience last night. Tried going to iron hill for a burger. Sat down and waited 20 minutes but no one came over to us. Seemed like the kitchen was backed up but the front kept seating people. So we left and went to 320, where I normally just grab and go. My husband and I sat at the bar, got burgers, fries, mad elf, and a mad elf cru to take home. Great spot for a low key night out.“
