“It's been a minute since we've been here. It has changed a lot. For the better. Seated promotly, they do try to push the bar tab. It's kinda expected and up to the customer to say yes or no. I had one. It was delicious! I ordered the veal tenders. I ordered without mushrooms and there was no oroblem. OMG! So nice and tasty. I brought some home for next days lunch. He had the veal chop. He enjoyed it. Lots if food but we wanted some salad. One salad and two plates. Who knew? It worked out great. The service was excellent. This used to be a quiet place to have dinner. They've added tables and it's much more lively. Everyone seemed happy and upbeat. We will be back. Yummy!“

I keep track of things we order at restaurants and this is what I had to say:Awesome cheesy garlic flatbread; very good half bbq chicken; best French dip ever; awesome fries; very good burgers; excellent sweet potato tots with marshmallow sauce; very good pizza; very good Caesar (get extra dressing); awesome Cherry Coke ribs; excellent pulled pork; great chips (get side of bbq); amazing toffee dessert.The staff is amazing. “Named as one of the top dive bars in the country, Murph's is a bit less ragged and run down and a step up from some of the dives I've been in. It's clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. You can immediately tell that this is a neighborhood bar, where the locals are all familiar with one another. There is ample space for pool, and the 360 degree wrap-around bar is a great touch. We only came in for beer, and I can report back that the draft beer is quite cold!“

“Literally we were driving by and took a chance!It was exactly as it should be, a nice neighborhood tavern that was welcoming to a couple of strangers that stopped in for a pint or two. Yes, they serve GUINNESS! Food was comfortable, and tasty! The tavern has plenty of LARGE screen tvs for watching the Phillies from any point of view! We sat near the bar at a pub table, but they have a separate dining area where you could sit at a table away from the bar.“

“It's nice to see how the new owner has cleaned up the place. The atmosphere is inviting. There are plenty of TVs with a variety of sports to choose to from. The bartender, Charlie, was personable which added to a pleasant experience. The kitchen has added some interesting items to the menu. My friend and I got there after the kitchen had closed so we didn't get to order anything. Next time I go I'll get there earlier in the day. I recommend checking out the new Delco Kup if you like a down-to-earth, neighborhood, sports bar.“
“I went to this place last week and it was definitely a really good experience. We had a get together and chose this place. Was a little confused about the set up at first if we wait for a server, order every thing at the bar, or get one can or bottle at a time and then pay for it at the bar. 3rd party BBQ kitchen was good for BBQ sandwiches. You can try a beer and if you don't like it, try another.“

“You dont come to Joes for atmosphere and they dont serve food. But drinks are cheap, TV screens are plentiful, the crowd is happy ranging to rowdy on late weekend nights, and the pizza/salad place next door is good. I buy a salad (try the Mediteranean -has good chicken) and sometimes a slice, and it’s a great place to catch the Phils or Birds. Thumbs up! Nice staff.“

“Forever changing neighborhood this is a fairly decent dive bar. Shout out to Starmaid Shantay (sp)(Monday and Wednesday). The place is clean and people play great music from the 'jukebox'. This is an old school pace with two pool tables and a short food menu. I believe the same people own Rose Bar off of Island Ave. They have the standard Asian version of soul food, basically good fried wings with various fried rice on rotation. The Singapore Soup was just okay no tofu or chicken Would I go back? Yep during Happy Hour 5-7 Monday-Friday.“

“I been going to Mickey's for over 30 years. I took my Sean to the dentist across the street. So I wandered in and all the friends I made back in the day were there and remembered me. The bartender remembered the day my wife Patrice died, I held her in my arms til her last breath. Her will to live was so powerful that she pulled the whole oxygen tent into her mouth.When she finally let it out that was it.I told everyone that I was staying. Eventually people stated to leave but I wouldn't let go of my precious girlI couldn't accept it. Our Heather finally had to leaveI stayed and held her until she lost all her color and turned to ice. I realized she was gone. And I finally could stop cuddling her like she loved.I walked out of that hospital in a trance. I drove down to Mickey's and walked in but I couldn't talk. The guys knew something was wrong. They were giving me space . I got a vodka and went to the front door to just gaze at the sky. The bartender came over and asked if I was alright. Stood in the doorway with me.Almost instantly the sky opened up and the fiercest hail storm We ever seen just came outta nowhere and everyone was in awe, gaping at the intensity and I turned around and said Patrice just died and these are the tears of heaven ? ?They were stunned, they all loved her!!Anyone that knew her loved her. You could not help it. I was the luckiest man in the world ⚘️ and suddenly she was gone. Beem 15 years and I still grieve.I cry every time I have to talk about her.ICry when I think about her.
