“We’re visiting from Indiana and decided to stop at Bab’s Chicken in Audubon and wow, we are so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I ordered the Bab’s fries and they were fire.🔥 The gentleman running the register tonight was so sweet, kind, and attentive — just an all-around great person. I didn’t catch his name, but my whole family commented on how wonderful he was. You can really tell this place cares about their customers. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area! 👏“

“I vist this establishment on occasion. It is always a pleasure. I usually order their burger with the BBQ sauce. The service is very good. The atmosphere is open and airy. You can have a group or choose a cozy nook. Indoor and outdoor seating. It is so worth traveling the extra miles to order!“

“This bbq in Wayne is amazing. We have eaten here several times. The chicken is consistently delicious, extra crispy, and flavorful everytime we go and even with takeout it remains high quality! Great job! We will continue eating from your shop as we have not been disappointed!“

“Was the great Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A overall is a great restaurant was there a chicken sandwiches and sides like mac and cheese and fries fun fact they're fries are actuality produced by Herr's chips but this specific location was a great one first of all they're one of the only ones that still offer the mints that are complementary with your purchase an overall the service was great at this location“

“This Chick Fil A location has very professional staff members that have quick pick up times after the food order has been placed. It's rare to wait for a order more than 10 minutes. Unless your order is a catering order than it would take longer. Keep up the good work feeding those hungry customers.“

“We loved the first dining experience and kept coming back drove about 30 minutes just to enjoy the flavors. But recently the price has increased and the quality of the chicken has reduced. I remember we ordered boneless with all white meat and now they are mixed and to be honest I don't like the taste of the boneless anymore, they are like not real meat or not well cooked which is unlikely if the claim was true 360 degree frying and timed by the robotic arms. Everytime we spent between $80 - $170 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Although we still like the unique flavors but with the price, the quality and the portion we don't think we might visit again.“

“The quickest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The food was made exactly as it’s supposed to be. The employees were nice and polite. It’s located in a high-ceiling glass atrium in a mall food court…the atmosphere is way more pleasant and comfortable than a typical food court.“

“You can never go wrong with a large Chick-Fil-A waffle fry with a cheese sauce & a frozen strawberry lemonade. Just the right amount of salt from the fries & cheese sauce. Combined with the sweet, mildly tart taste of the frozen strawberry lemonade. It's the perfect snack!“

“Thanks for being honest and made my bad day a little less miserable.
Today was a cold and rainy Friday. I was almost the last person to leave work and got no time to cook dinner for the family. Worse still, walking on the parking lot in the dark and tripping myself, I got multiple bleedings and bruises all over me. Chick-fil-A was my last hope for comfort and convenience. But when I opened my bag I broke down: it was just not what I ordered. I ordered a 30-pc nugget, a side salad, and one LG fries.What I got was three LG fries, a full market salad, and a 12-pc nugget. Although value wise I probably got more than what I paid for, at that moment I was seriously questioning myself what I did wrong to deserve all these on a single day. I called the restaurant, almost crying, and told them I didn’t get my order right. The restaurant manager apologized immediately, acknowledged the mistake, and made up with free vouchers. I made the call expecting questions about my order but I got none of that. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Malvern, for treating customers with respect , trust and honesty. This is all what I need and this made a really bad day in my life a little better. This location will continue to be my favorite Chick-fil-A spot.“
