“I was very pleased with our experience. Price was reasonable, we ordered to go, crab ragouns( idk if I spelled that correctly) some common dishes along them. Everything was delicious, it was fast but not to fast if you know what I mean. Very good and would recommend to anyone.“

“I've been feeling sick all day and all I wanted was soup. A friend offered to pick some up for me, so I ordered a large Egg Drop soup, a few apps, and their homemade sweet tea.

Not only was everything perfect, I could drink this tea every single day. I'm already feeling better, and they included some mini cakes for us as well!

“Coming from Baltimore it was hard to find a fried rice without peas and carrots etc..we found what we were looking for here!! I love the fried rice, and my wife loves the lo mein and beef and broccoli! Definitely my favorite spot here in York, and that is after trying at least 5-6 other spots!“

“The rice was delicious very unique taste 5/5. The veggie lo mein was alright. The sauce was soy sauce and that’s pretty much a flavor that you can find in almost every Chinese restaurant. I was looking for something of a different taste. 3/5.The shrimp rolls confused me because they are made with spring roll sheets. But the taste was also delicious 5/5.“

“I have been here twice now and I LOVE the food, the honey chicken is second to none, delicious chicken and broccoli, the general tsos is YUM, egg rolls and the shrimp rolls are dynomite! I haven't ordered anything I didn't like ( I was not a huge fan of the bean sprouts in the rice, I am going to ask if they can be omitted next time ) But seriously happy to pick them out. BEST CHINESE FOOD AROUND.“

“Best Chinese food in the area. Consistency is key and Great Wall has it in both quality and quantity of food. I always order online and when I go into the store to pick up my order, the phone is ringing off the hook and several people are in the store placing orders. It’s a true testament to how popular their food is. The staff works incredibly hard, no one ever stands still. It’s worth any wait you may have for your order.“

“We get takeout via GrubHub from here at least once a month. The steamed dumplings are large, flavorful, and delicious. The General Tao’s chicken is spicy but bursting with flavor, and the crab rangoon are amazing. We’ve tried most of the Chinese restaurant on South York and none compare.“

Added benefits are immediate gratification in you get home , cop a squat in front of your favorite show on TV band BOBS YOUR UNCLE! (smile) and I had Shimp with chicken! and the Shimp was so big that I had to cut it with a knife! my husband had so much that he took some home and he had to go back to work in a while. “Our favorite place to eat! We dine in quite a bit the ladies know us well! As soon as we enter they know where we like to sit, they know we like a pot of tea and what condiments are favored. Everything we have tried has been delicious. We’ve tried many dishes but still have our favorites! Veggies are always crisp, protein always cooked well, soups are hot and egg rolls crispy without a puddle of grease. Presentation is well executed when you order an entree. Carry out just as delicious, great prices, great food, great service all around. You won’t be disappointed.“

“We were looking for a new chinese buffet to frequent when we moved to the area and this is definitely it. The general theme of other reviews were that it was smaller but everything was fresh and delicious. That is 100% the case! The last few years every time we've tried to go to a buffet everything just kind of tasted like old oil or just wasn't very good. At imperial gourmet we cleaned our plates every time. Everything was flavorful, and even though the buffet itself was small they rotated in different dishes. They didn't overfill anything so there wasn't any old food. They're doing it the right way! We will definitely be back soon!“

“Was skeptical about this place, reading some of the reviews. But immediately noticed the clean front door, and then the clean room and light atmosphere. The food was delicious, and very well made, no moisture on the plates, or too much sauce on the chicken, and the place was very clean and a nice environment, and the waitress was very friendly and polite the entire time, and smiling! Highly recommend!“

“We went on a Sunday after church and the place was packed!! Foods constantly being refilled. The server, wife, and co-owner continuously cleared dishes and filled drinks. You have to ask for extra napkins and chopsticks. As dinnertime neared, more seafood items were put out. Nice fruit and ice cream selection for dessert.“
