Stop for a hot coffee and it was cold. Was told would have to wait to brew coffee they didn’t even know how to give a refund had to call the manager. From what I could see of the prep area it was filthy. They were not busy one other car in the drive through
Tried to stop today at 4:30. Sign on the drive thru said open til 7 pm. But was told they were already closed. If you say you’re gonna be open til 7 then stay open til 7! So disappointing. I’ve had issues with not getting what I ordered in the past. I’m done with this Dunkin!!!
If I could give no stars I would! Very disappointed, horrible customer service. 3 cars in front of me and I waited 25 minutes for my iced coffee.
When I got up to the drive thru there was a girl making sandwiches completely ignoring my existence while FACETIMING some guy on her phone rather then doing her job. I looked over and could see my iced coffee sitting right there along with 4 others and some other lady continuing to make drinks rather then handing out the ones sitting...read full review
