“We hosted our baby shower here with a “A Baby Is Brewing” theme, and it could not have been more perfect. The space was fantastic, and the team went above and beyond by moving furniture to accommodate our group’s layout needs. We also decorated the area to bring our theme to life, making the celebration feel extra special and personal. The food and drinks were absolutely superb! What truly made the day special was the staff. Our event coordinator (Kelly), server (Lindsay), cooks, and everyone behind the scenes were attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They helped every detail run smoothly and made us feel completely taken care of. We’re so grateful to the entire team for making our celebration so memorable. “A great place to have a garden wedding when it comes to have a fantasy of epic novel like Lord of the Rings kind of wedding concept. It a huge place to explore if you want to have some pictorials to look back with a smile in your face😀. They also have reception area. It’s a one stop location so no need to travel for the venue.“

“My husband and I stopped by on a whim to see our friend Mike (the owner, whom we’ve actually known since high school) and to our surprise, it was Music Bingo Night! What fun! Great food! I highly recommend the Crab Bisque with Crab Imperial 🦀💋. My husband had one of the Paninis and said it too was excellent with fresh Tomatoes 🍅yummy AND the draft?! SUPERB 🍺 Great crowd and it was a Wednesday!! You’ve got to try this place! It’s just the best!!“

“I visited this shop recently and fell in love. The owner, Diane, makes a wide variety of tasty, healthy and refreshing kombucha. She took great care to explain things to me and my daughter during our visit and recommended flavors we might like based on our tastes. In addition to kombucha, her shop features locally made art from various artisans. I went in the shop not being a fan of kombucha, but left with a 4-pack of booch and a whole new appreciation for it. Highly recommend!“

“We sat inside, but I think one of the coolest parts about this place is their patio. It has a ton of room out there and is filled with all types of plant life. There is a great selection of board games and cards to pass the time while drinking some brews. The brewery had a nice selection of their own beer and other locally sourced beer. Bartender was super nice and personable.“

“If you haven’t tried the food since the original opening where food was a separate bill, it’s time to try again. It’s been all one bill for some time now and much improved from the original offerings.“

“First time here. I got the fried bao buns and Korean bbq wings. The bao buns had such great potential but the meat inside 2 out of the 3 of them was like burnt jersey scraps rather than a cut of meat. The taste was great but I was really disappointed in the quality. The wings were absolutely delicious, but I’m not big on spicy food and there was no warning on the menu that the sauce would be spicy. Still totally loved them.

It was VERY cold in the restaurant. My group stayed bundled up the whole time. I know it’s the dead of winter, but it was really uncomfortable.“

“We live in Los Angeles. We were visiting family in Philly and came to Lancaster for the day on a Monday when most of the restaurants were closed. Someone steered us to The Coffin, and we had an excellent time. The food was delicious, and we were particularly delighted with the bao buns. They were just as good as the pork belly buns that were our favorite dish at an LA Asian restaurant that closed during the pandemic. Service at The Coffin was prompt and cordial, and the decor was a kick. Highly recommend.“

“I can’t say enough about the customer service, I came in to pick up a take out order and it wasn’t ready. After waiting a little bit the front desk went to check on it and said they were a little bit behind which ok it was busy and prime dinner time on a Friday. Not long after another employee came out to tell me they’re so sorry that the kitchen is behind and offered me a free drink of my choice, I passed it up and instead they gave me two growlers to go, mind you I was ok with waiting on my food I wasn’t complaining just waiting patiently. It was like 15min past the time they gave me ok, no biggie. When I finally got home to eat all the food was amazing and hot. In today’s world this really means a-lot, I love supporting local!! Great job Mad Chef!“
