“I have enjoyed this place since it opened! The staff is magnificent. They are personable and take care of you! The atmosphere is wonderful. It is a wood decor. There is not a lot of seating inside, but there is ample seating outside. There is a good size parking lot (approximately 15 spots) and more parking right out front. The food and coffee is wonderful!The lattes are not extremely sweet of the syrups I get. This is a preference of mine real and strong coffee locally roasted!“

"Matt" served me. Nice and very friendly guy. Price was reasonable, too. The only thing I have to say is that I wish the straws were a more solid material, instead of paper. The integrity starts to get weak, due to absorption of the liquid, if you don't finish it fast enough. I do like the environmentally-friendly idea, though. “As advertised. The only downside is the location. Its on the corner of a major road. I have actually witnessed a car enter the parking lot and hit a parked car at high speed. I wish they would do something about the safety there. More of a pickup and get out type Rita's. Maybe add some poles to protect the parking lot.“

“Probably the largest assortment of flavors I’ve ever seen at a Rita’s! Outside seating and two parking lots on each side of the building. I mean they have 8+ ice cream flavors and like 12+ water ice flavors! Never seen so many opinions at any Rita’s. The crew here is super friendly mostly young adult with an adult supervisor who is kind and professional too! This is the Rita’s I go to when I want something new, unexpected or unusual lol trust me there’s so much to choose from! Clean outside but doesn’t stay that way for long - this place get packed! So go early and if on the weekends get ur to go home with lol this is a family place tons of variety for the lil ones.“

“Everytime I go visit my family in Philly, I have to go to Joe's Water Ice. Since they live pretty close to it, I always walk here and on a hot summer day after sweating and walking to this place, it is always a nice treat to order some delicious shaved ice. I personally love the lemon flavor because its not too sweet or sour. I've had the cherry one, but personally that one is too sweet for my liking. You really gotta come here if you have never been to this place for some water ice! Even during colder seasons, I will always come here and enjoy my lemon ice.“

The lone employee that was there was extremely nice, but could've used some help as there was a little bit of a line and with these types of desserts they take some time to create. The presentation was awesome, but the shake itself was just ok. I would go back just for the presentation and fun factor but for a really good milkshake this wouldn't be my first choice.“

This isn't my closest Rita's, but we went because the owner was hosting a fundraiser for an important charity for my friends' foundation, Harp's Hope. The owner was exceptionally nice, taking time to speak with us, separate from the fundraiser. They had all the usual Rita's goodies and some great specials as well, such as mint chocolate chip water ice with Oreo blended with either vanilla or chocolate custard shown in photo with vanilla custard). The other item was a gelati with chocolate custard and mint chocolate chip water ice. As this location is only 10 minutes away, although farther than another, we will absolutely be back!“
