“Finally getting to writing reviews for the best few vendors from my August 2019 wedding. I am a little hesitant to post this since their Facebook page seems to have gone silent and reviews on other platforms indicate that management and menus may have changed in the last 6 months. But I was so pleased with my experience that it only seems fair to give credit where credit is due…. If you are looking for a rehearsal dinner location in Cranberry and have 30 guests or less, I highly recommend the private room at Ember and Vine in the lobby of the DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Cranberry. We researched every restaurant in the area and Ember and Vine at DoubleTree delivered a perfect solution. Their facilities are beautiful and modern, and the staff was so nice and accommodating. Although they can do traditional seated banquet-style meals, we wanted something distinctly different from our wedding dinner the following day. We chose to order off their regular restaurant menu and have them cordon off a portion of the lobby area next to the private room, where a buffet was placed with different flavors of wings, woodfired pizzas, salad, and their oh-so-yummy crispy brussels sprouts. Not only were they flexible with the setup and menu (accommodating multiple food allergies), they also provided the option to have a limited bar within the private room or have our guests use the full bar in the lobby. Having the private room but also the cordoned off lobby area gave us extra area to mingle and a great balance between private space and the fun energy and ambiance from the restaurant and bar. Our guests loved the food and had loads of fun! Other factors that made Ember and Vine a clear winner for us were: - They had a very low minimum spend. Other locations with private dining had a ridiculous minimum spend that would be difficult to meet with a 20-30 person guest list. - The large parking lot. We looked at other options closer to our venue and parking was limited. - Flexibility with timing. We gave them a general time frame for arrival, but not knowing how long the rehearsal would take, they told us just to call them when we were 20 minutes out. Thanks DoubleTree and Ember and Vine for a classy venue and excellent food that let my husband and me and our closest friends and family relax and have a great time before our big day!!“

“Large menu of coffees, teas, breakfast sandwiches, crepes, lunch sandwiches....a good variety to pick from. I had the nutella and berries crepe, which was very good & very filling. I Also had a chai latte, which was good. My friends got a turkey wrap and another got a different crepe. We all liked our choices. But the one friend asked for hot water AND was charged $3.75 for it!!!!! So fair warning, only get ice water (which is free) if wanting water. Atmosphere cute with rustic brick walls, but cold in the back dining area, never took my coat off. Serving staff very friendly.“

“We checked in, then people that came in after us got seated, when we checked to see what was going on, we were not in the system, then the table we were seated at had the previous people check on the table side paying kiosk, not cleared so the waitress thought we were them so waited awhile to serve us, then she rarely checked on us after that , we had to ask other waitresses to help us“

The moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Micah, the owner, who made us feel like family. It was as if he had known us for years! Micah’s hospitality was unmatched. He generously offered us free samples of their incredible chocolate, encouraging us to try as much as we liked. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly set the tone for our visit. As for the milkshakes, they were out of this world! I indulged in the Bananas Foster Milkshake, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. My wife couldn’t get enough of her Cookie Brownie Fudge milkshake—it was the perfect blend of decadent flavors. Our kids loved their classic Vanilla Milkshakes, which were smooth and delicious. “This was our second time here but the first of this location second time in probably 10 plus years. The first time was in McCandless and when I asked to have my steak sandwich hot they wouldn't do it so I walked out. I noticed recently that they started making their sandwiches hot so I went in to try the steak sandwich again cheesesteak of course having to have my sandwich how I want it I asked that they would Grill the inside of the bread which I did at the previous location. The first response was we can't do that and I laughed. I said you have a grill I simply want you to toast the inside of my bun because I like it more like a toast as opposed to Raw bread that gets soggy. She went back she asked a supervisor and they said yes. I don't understand why it's such a difficult proposition. In any way shape or form we got it and it tasted really good. We also got the old fashioned and it was really good as well for my wife. We'll probably be back again at some point try something else“

“Della Terra is one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. Scratch made pasta and dough, Neapolitan style pizza, and creative dishes and cocktails. It’s a beautiful atmosphere and great place to eat.“

“My family and I stop by often for a healthy salad bar. It’s always fresh and delicious. Today we met a nice young lady, Kate, who was bussing tables. She went out of her way to get my husband his favorite dressing when it wasn’t on the salad bar. She was super friendly and made our stop there extra special today. And I can’t say enough about the manager, Joe. Super nice guy. I think it’s great that Jason’s Deli hires special needs adults. We will continue to support this business as often as possible.“

“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “I went in with my sister and brother in law, there was a line but there were two people who did a FANTASTIC job. I'm not sure their names but it was a new blonde girl and a guy who were doing almost all the work. They were fast (even tho it was the girls first day) and there were some people in line were making fun of her. I told her she did fine and to ignore the haters. This location was busy but they stayed on top of keeping the food fresh. The place can be cleaned a bit more--they were busy though so I don't blame them.“
