“2nd trip here - changed up service to counter only. Order at counter, grab a table and they bring you your order. Food delicious as last time. Homemade baked goods - my wife loves their English muffins - used in their breakfast sandwiches and available for separate purchase. Sandwiches are huge. Get to Mt Oliver before summer 24 when they relocate to New Brighton. You won't be disappointed.“

“*Come here for the BEST vegan cinnamon rolls EVER* While in Pittsburgh for vacation, we learned about this all vegan bakery! WOW! So glad we stopped in for a morning treat! Beautiful store front with the sweetest ladies- we were welcomed by soooo many (all vegan!) goodies! We got a massive choco chip cookie & cinnamon roll to go! The cookie was massive, still hot from the morning baking, melty, doughy & delicious! The cinnamon roll was legit the BEST I’ve ever had! Mind blown! First off, it was huge. It was super doughy in the inside but perfect flake on the outside. Loaded with melted frosting, cinnamon - it was perfect. I have had a LOT of vegan baked goods in my life time but this place knows what’s up! Vegan or not- come here for the best massive cinnamon rolls of your life.“

“This place is incredible, from the moment you step through the door to the aroma of cookie doe and mix then to the cookies, pies or cakes they have on display for the days selection to the helpful and pleasant staff. This was my first time in a Crumble and I was throughly impressed. Reasonably priced and huge cookies! They are soft just how I like them, throw them in the microwave or heat them in the oven and you have what I call the appetite!10/10 would recommend“

“Patti's Pasticceria is a family-owned Italian-American bakery. Its menu includes breakfast pastries, cookies, cupcakes, rolls, specialty cakes (e.g., wedding, anniversary, birthday, and graduation), and even non-baked goods such as soups and espresso drinks. Prices are reasonable. For Easter, my family purchased a chocolate cake, a white cake, a strawberry pie, and lady-lock cookies from Patti's. My family members and I thought that these desserts were fresh and tasted good, but we prefer the flavors of desserts from a few other bakeries. I would feel happy to try many of Patti's other desserts, including her cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, apple strudels, cold-dough apricot cookies, s'mores cookies, cheesecake, carrot cake, sfogliatelle, etcetera. Please note that some desserts must be ordered in advance, and catering is available.“

“We're visiting Pittsburgh and stumbled upon Georgie's during a walk. We came back today for breakfast and it was wonderful. The servers are very friendly. One went above and beyond by moving an additional outdoor heater closer to our table so we could each have one. They're very thoughtful and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend giving Georgie's a visit if you're in town.“

“I had heard very good things about this place, so I decided to stop in and see for myself. The staff was friendly. They had a selection of very upper level cupcakes and slices of assorted cakes. Everything looked super good so I bought a dozen assorted cupcakes and 2 slices of cake. We were very pleased with the quality and taste of the baked goods. I would definately go again. My only suggestion is that every item is ala carte which ended up being a bit pricey. 70 bucks for 12 cupcakes and 2 slices of cake seemed a bit much for me. Maybe a deal on a dozen of 1/2 dozen would be my suggestion. I loved the goods but would definately buy less next time due to price. Still very quality though. Stop in and check it out.“

“Such a wonderful little piece or France tucked into Pittsburgh! I went in to order macarons and ended up walking out with the delightful little desserts, as well as several warm, freshly baked baguettes. “La Gourmandine has a great selection of pastries and breakfast danishes and all of them are delicious and not pricey. The interior design is super cute and the service is very fast. The Tarte Au Citron is great if you want something that isn't too sweet - the tart and the lemon combination is delicious. There are also seasonal specials to look forward to. I've also ordered a few cakes from here and the process and pick-up is seamless.“

“Five Points has been my go to weekend treat spot for years. I really cannot recommend this place enough! Things I love: - their chocolate croissant is my #1. Recommend it highly! Perfect every time. Dunk that thing in a cup of coffee to make it even better! - the seasonal danishes are so fun! My faves are pumpkin and rhubarb. - their indoor seating is open now! Cozy with a decent amount of seating, I've never had an issue finding a place to sit either in the back or along the "bar". They have two big bathrooms which is really great too! - service is quick! - so many options, but they always have the favorites available which I love. - I've never ever been disappointed by something I eaten here. It's really all that good. Things I don't like: - literally nothing I can think of. I think the prices are totally worth it for the high quality food you're getting. The food and drink are consistently delicious. The staff is friendly and fast. Things to note: - there is almost always a line out the door on a weekend morning. Don't let this deter you! Let it draw you in! It's worth the wait and the line moves fast. - they have sandwiches on Saturdays until they run out. If you're looking for a sammie don't go too late in the day lest they run out!“

“First time actually going inside and I was impressed. Their menu is way bigger in person. Newer things advertised right in front of ya! Ladies were nice. Roll was amazing. I do wish they had more drinks and selections of those. They should make some fruit refreshers I would be flattered? Love you guys always. Thanks!“
“The cupcakes, snickerdoodles and chocolate chip cookies were good. The icing was more whipped than I'd like. It's a quaint shop; stocked well with so many choices; including gluten free items. Parking can be a little tricky, if an event is going on next door.“

“One of the very few restaurants/cafes in Pittsburgh that serves Ube anything! -- Like other reviews, this is every foodie's dream: food was delicious (get their Ube Waffle!), decor is elegant (they have golden ceilings!), and service is super chill and calming. “O.M.G. this place is amazing! This was our first time here, after passing it up so many times on our way to different places. The advertisement for the Peanut Butter brownie parfait on their sign near the road was all the motivation I needed to finally stop. I am so glad I did! The custard is delicious. Unlike many other frozen custard I have had. I'm more of a soft serve ice cream person so this was right up my alley! Most ice creams upset my stomach later but I'll suffer though it to have some ice cream. I'm typing this up 3 hours later, and nothing yet! Finally a frozen treat I can eat that doesn't upset my stomach! The parfait I had, had bits of brownie in it and most places that I have had a brownie in the ice cream, its stale, this was like the brownie was only a couple hours old, it was that fresh tasting. The girls there are so sweet and nice, which just puts the cherry on top of the first time experience there. I will definitely be back to try their giant gobs and to try more of their frozen treats! Make the stop, don't wait like I did, you don't know what you're missing until you do!“

“An awesome Korean bakery! All of the items I got were definitely high quality. I think I prefer this place over Pink Box, but I’ll need to try more to be sure. I ordered the condensed milk loaf, twisted donut, plain buttercream bread, and the coffee bun.My favorite of the items was by far the coffee bun, which I was quite surprised by! It had nice, crispy edges full of sweet, but not too sweet, coffee flavor. The inside was soft and had hints of coffee as well. Overall, very good! And good portion for the price. The twisted donut reminded me of just a regular donut sprinkled with sugar. It wasn’t anything too special or extraordinary, but it was well made. The inside was soft, and it was very sweet. The plain buttercream bread was surprisingly not that sweet! The buttercream is quite rich and creamy. I will say, I would have liked a bit more of it, as the bread really dominated the flavor here. Still, great.I was a tad bit disappointed with the condensed milk loaf, but it was still great. I was expecting a bit more milky flavor and sweetness, but the hints of condensed milk are very light. The bread is still soft and fluffy, and a solid deal for the price. All in all, I really enjoyed this place. The desserts were all high quality and pretty fairly priced in my opinion. Solid portions as well. Some unique items, some more standard. Recommend it!Kid-friendliness: Kids would enjoy at least some of these treats“

“A pleasant little coffee shop with plenty of choices, good coffee and tea, and even a few sandwich options. We had the ham egg and cheese sandwiches, an iced caramel cold brew, and a Chai Charger. The cold brew was a little underwhelming, however everything else was perfect. The shop itself was very well decorated with mechanic themed artwork throughout. This definitely isn’t your standard clean cut and modern coffee shop, but it is all the better for it.“

“Its as good as it was before they closed. The chocolate cupcakes with either the fudge on top or the chocolate buttercream are easily the best chocolate cupcakes we've ever had. My dad doesn't even like cake that much but we took a 1/2 dozen to my parent's house and he said it was the best chocolate cupcake he's ever had and he's in his 70's, so that's got to be pretty good right? If he said it was the best cupcake he's had all day, then I wouldn't bother writing this review because then I would know he's had a better cupcake before that day right?“

“What a great idea to have a "fast food" shop just 1/2 block from the actual full service, very busy restaurant. With fresh, refrigerated, and frozen food, bread, sandwiches, the restaurant favorites, without the wait. No seating, just an order counter, with wonderful staff, anxious to help. Go!! You will not be disappointed!“

“This place is amazing! It is a pretty dense pretzel. I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich on a Thursday for $4.50. It was so worth it! Came with lettuce and tomato. “I no longer live in Pennsylvania, but every single time I visit, I make sure to check out the Bread Schedule and give Loafers a call! The staff are always incredibly helpful/accommodating; I've called many times with requests to pre-order/hold a loaf or two to fly them back home with me, and they are always willing to do so. Their product is always incredibly fresh and delicious. It's so hard to eat any other kind of bread, knowing that this craftsmanship is out there. If you're visiting the area (or have guests visiting), make sure to swing by. Fox Chapel, don't take this place for granted! It's an absolute GEM.“
“Highly recommend! We had their cupcakes for my dad’s 70th birthday and knew we had to have them for our annual company event. The cupcakes were so delicious and moist. The icing was literally perfect. Not too sweet. We look forward to trying their cakes and pies next. I purchased some cookies when I picked up my cupcake order and those were so good too! My new favorite bakery!“
“Absolutely incredibly, if you aren't coming here every Saturday and Sunday morning you are not fully enjoying what Pittsburgh has to offer you. Biscuit sandwiches are amazing with great flavor profiles and quality ingredients. Every pastry or dessert I have tried has been nothing but wowing. Everyone is super kind and willing to answer any questions you may have about the food. Coffee options are limited but good quality. 100/10“
“Cakes by Colby made what seemed like a difficult choice a super easy one! From moment one walking in the door, you could see the artistry in her work and where her specialties lay. The tasting was a delight, and if anything we ate waaaaay too much while were there, but it was all so incredibly good! Fast forward to the wedding day, everything went off without a hitch and the cake was absolutely gorgeous! She took reference images we provided and went above and beyond, it was elegant without being pretentious and truly lovely on top of being delicious as well. Our guests raved about it too. Can’t recommend Fran and Cakes by Colby enough!!“
“This is a great spot for a date night, lunch with friends, or business meeting. Seating inside and outside. Prices are on the higher end, but it is worth it for the experience and setting. I wouldn't say it's kid friendly, but kids are welcomed. For the best experience, make sure to come in the summer when they have movies on the lawn, games, and free popcorn.“

“I have been shopping with this grocery store for over 10 years & I am really thankful & impressed that the produce area features a wide variety of vegan options, soy free foods & organic selections. I usually have to have drive out of the Mon Valley area almost 40 minutes for vegan options. I really appreciate you stocking your shelves with more vegan options & keeping more cruelty free foods in your inventory“
