“My husband and I came in for lunch today and our experience was great! We were on our way home from D.C and were sadly for us first timers 😂 Our order came out fast and everything was really good, we get the hype now! When ordering I was all over the place but the woman taking our order was very patient (i apologize i don’t remember her name) I giggled and told her we were first timers, she greeted us with a warm welcome again and even gave us a brownie & a choc chip cookie welcoming us in! 10/10 experience, we are so glad we stopped and dined in! THANK YOU“
“5 stars. Here’s why.
They messed up my order. I didn't realize it until I was home. It made me realize that unlike other fast food establishments, I don't double check that my order is correct before leaving, because they have always gotten it right. Also, I was given mac and cheese instead of a sandwich. That mac and cheese is delicious. Truly they could give me anything and I would be happy with it because everything I had from here I have liked. Again, there are not many other places that I could go that I would truly like every single thing that I have had.
Also, I know I could easily turn around and go back and they would replace my order with very fast and kind customer service. But I like the Mac, sooo…
That Chick-fil-A mistake made me realize how good they are and instead of reviewing for the one negative, I'm reminded of what a standard they have and therefore what a standard I have of them.
