great ice cream and old time atmosphere
I have fond memories of this historic ice cream parlor having grown up in Mechanicsburg so I was thrilled to discover it was open today when I came to visit my mom. We had lunch and ice cream. The service is very friendly and the prices are unbeatable. Really hope to see Eckels open more regularly in time - the owners are so nice 👍 😀
