“Since new Owner (Linda) has taken over this establishment, it has become my "go to sushi joint"!! Their sushi chefs (John & Yanni) are both amazingly talented and they have created custom sushi rolls for me according to my preferred fish and other ingredients. Presentation is awesome as is the freshness and tasty items they prepare. Linda and her Manager (Cindy) are so welcoming and very attentive to their guests...making everyone feel like a VIP!! “The staff was friendly and service was good but the place was so empty the atmosphere was kind of awkward. The Yellowtail Jalapeno and Shrimp Shumai were delicious. I also got the seafood ramen and while it wasn't bad it wasnt good. The vegetable broth was the best part, the mushroom, crabmeat and scallops were good, the fish cake looked cool but had no flavor and the Shrimp were awful. They were clearly thawed frozen shrimp and they were hard and just gross. I would not order this again but I would try a different ramen on the menu.“

“My friends and I enjoyed a great meal at Takumi. The cocktails were creative and tasty and the sushi was fresh, beautifully plated and delicious. This would have been a five star experience for me had it not been for the poor service. No one came to ask us if we wanted to order a drink while we waited for the last member of our party and it took a good 10 minutes for anyone to take our drink order after that person did arrive. We ordered apps at the same time since we had been waiting. Apps came out super fast, but no one came to check on us or take our dinner order. In hindsight, we probably should have ordered our dinner at the same time as the drinks and apps. After finishing our apps and still waiting for our server, we finally flagged down another server to find her so we could order. While she did come back to check on us once after food was delivered, we spent most of the rest of our dinner having to flag her or another server down every time we needed something, including the check. I'll definitely give Takumi another chance because the food was so good, and hope for better service next time.“

“I was in the area and saw they had pork katsudon (my favorite meal). It was delicious. This place primarily does takeout but they have two small tables for dining in. Staff checked on me a few times while I was eating and were very nice. I didn’t actually ask, but I am not sure they have a publicly accessible bathroom.“

“My daughter said that she was looking to have sushi for lunch today, so we decided to give Herosame in Ardmore a try. Wow, this is one of the best sushi meals we've had in the Philly area and definitely on the Main Line. I called in our takeout order and the server who took our order was very friendly and polite as was the server who brought us our order while we waited in the vestibule. We ordered the Lunch Shrimp Teriyaki Bento Box and the Lunch Triple Roll Combo. Wow! I thought they had accidentally give us another person's order as the bags were quite heavy. Both lunch specials could easily be split over two meals or at least a meal and a leftovers snack. The Lunch Shrimp Teriyaki Bento Box included a small house salad, a pint of Miso Soup, 2 Shumai, a California Roll, 6 large Teriyaki Shrimp and a pint of steamed white rice. The salad was a crisp and refreshing spring mix with thinly shredded carrots and a halved grape tomato with a delicious dressing. The Miso soup was very rich and tasty. The Shumai were delicious with a nice crisp exterior, but soft, tender and enjoyable meat inside. The California Roll was huge and stuffed with super fresh crab stick and vegetables topped off with tobiko. The Teriyaki Shrimp were just a hair overcooked, but still delicious. The Three Roll Lunch Combo featured a choice of three rolls from a list of twenty different rolls so my daughter picked the Shrimp Avocado Roll, Tempura Roll and Philly Roll. All three rolls, just like my Bento Box's California Roll were huge with the Shrimp Tempura Rolls being gigantic. One piece of the tempura roll was at least twice the size of other sushi rolls I've had. Each roll was stuffed with the traditional meats and veggie fillings. Everything was so fresh and delicious! Herosame will definitely be on our family's list for future Japanese lunches and dinners!“

“The service was top notch and the atmosphere was pleasant. I had the Manhattan Roll, it was a new one for me and it was great. My main entree was the General Tao's Chilean Sea Bass and that did not disappoint. We will definitely be going back and hopefully sooner.rather than later.“

“First impressions, trying to park was a bit confusing I still don't know if parking where I did is right. there is a small area around the restaurant that seems like it could be parking but no lines or guidance out front. Also this place is really small looking on the outside. As soon as I walked in it felt really awkward.i almost walked back out because everyone was just staring at me. Finally after what seemed like forever the sushi chef greeted me. When I was seated the waitress took my order and served me promptly. The miso soup was delicious. The edamame tasted fresh. The prices are a bit more than what I'm use to. I also had the sushi and sashimi lunch combo. The fish tasted very fresh and cleaned very well. Which explains the price. I would come back. Give it a try.

“Working on Saturday, just wanted to pick something easy up. Got the Teriyaki chicken bento and it was great! No complaints, loved the teriyaki flavor & would try it or another one again. The price reflected the amount of food I got so I’m satisfied.“

“I had a delightful lunch at Osushi with a friend this week. My salmon bento box was perfect. The miso soup, salmon, rice, veggies and California roll was quite plentiful and very delicious. The green tea mochi was served with a dollop of whipped cream and a Pirouette all of which was a very nice ending to our meal. I highly recommend!“

“Wednesday I came up the escalator to find that there is a buy 2 get 1 free sushi special on Wednesdays! I haven’t gotten sushi here in quite some time, but am soooo happy I did. Shrimp Tempura, Yellowtail Scallion, and Salmon rolls for $18?? And it was extremely fresh, I can’t emphasize the quality of this sushi for the price. I feel like the shrimp tempura could have been cut in larger pieces to avoid them falling apart as much but hey it’s all going in my tummy anyway.

*I promise you the amount of tuna and yellowtail used is not being done justice in the picture! Definitely a solid quantity of fish in the rolls.

“Good Evening Google Family. This was my very first time visiting this Asian restaurant. I ordered from the menu that was on the counter. I ordered a pint of Won ton Soup and a combination of Shrimp and Broccoli, that included a veggie egg roll plus fried rice. The combo was $11.50 and the pint of won ton soup was $4.25. I ordered take out. Jean was the young lady who took my order. I didn't wait long and soon Jean came over to give me my order. I was so happy as I was going to get up and get my order myself. I was happy that Jean brought it over. I gave Jean my business card after asking her name and I told her that I was going to give the establishment five stars. A definite good experience here. “Food is great, staff is very friendly & accommodating. Lunch specials are a solid value. Delivery is crazy fast & fee is only $2 despite everywhere else in the area charging $4+. Spicy Wontons in Garlic Sauce appetizer is a great deal, big portion for under $8!

Online ordering can be finnicky if ordering Lunch specials though, the site's clock seems to think it's an hour later than it actually is so you can't submit an order containing lunch specials after 2pm despite them being available until 3pm. You get an error telling you it's after 3pm & that you have to change your order, however calling to order them was no issue.“

I worked temporarily in Conshohocken and used a food delivery app to order from this location. I decided to order the "lion king" and a couple more rolls. I must confess that I was initially confused by the appearance of the Lion King due to it being a "baked" hot roll, but I was willing to give it a try. This roll is one of the best and most unique flavors I have ever tried. Even to this day, I still remember the taste and wish I could order it again. Unfortunately, I live far away from PA, but if you're nearby, love sushi, and like trying new things, I encourage you to do so.“

“The three roll special is an obvious great value, but the whole menu is reasonable for the portion sizes you get. The Tuna Dumplings are amazing and the special rolls on the white board are always delicious. This is one of the few places that can get fresh wasabi, although, now that people know about it, it tends to sell out quick.“
