We also had a private meal at the restaurant; the pot roast and seafood casserole were fantastic! The history of the Inn made the whole trip even more special. The brisket is perfectly smoked, tender, and packed with flavor, and the burnt ends are the kind you dream about — crispy on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth on the inside, and absolutely loaded with smoky goodness.
