I simply tried to order a new drink for my friend and wanted to pay for it, but the owner gave us a drink on the house and said that they’d be looking into ingredients for the drink. “This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Amazing menu selection, super friendly staff who are quick to answer questions and offer recommendations. We have been coming to Eagle Cafe weekly since they opened and with each visit we have had impeccable Service, Amanda, Jody and Danielle are fantastic. The male host is quick with greeting patrons and seating promptly, he is such a kind young man. The owner over sees and assists to ensures meal preparation is executed with detail and accuracy. The Kitchen staff / team do an awesome job executing some of the best food we have had in the area for quite some time. what a gem this place is !!!“

The boba drinks are excellent and completely customizable, the chow mein, spring rolls, chicken wrap, and fried rice are so delicious! “I went here on Saturday. I was on a bus trip with my church family from Connecticut to see the play Joshua at Sight and Sounds in Lancaster. Then we went to the outlets. By the time we got to the outlets, I was not feeling well and I was having some mobility issues, so I couldn't really walk around the outlets. I sat on a bench for a while and I saw two girls walking by with two iced coffees. From where I was sitting I could see the label of the coffee cup down the hill on the sign for the cafe so I decided to try to walk down there to get some coffee.
I am so glad I went in the cafe it was so nice and beautiful and appeared very clean and maybe have air conditioning. The staff was so nice they told me to go to the back to read the menu and then I can order. I had a shamrock iced coffee which was wonderful and this delicious asiago bagel with homemade cream cheese. It was amazing! It really hit the spot. I sat in a booth and people watched and watch the news on my YouTube. I am so grateful for this Cafe that I was able to enjoy my trip to the outlets even though I couldn't get around that much. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality and wonderful food! I hope to come back sometime when we visit again.“

“On a whim, my wife recommended this place for us on the way to Hershey Park. We’re staying at the hotel across the street so I gave it a shot. As per usual, my wife was right and the smoothies we had were some of the best we’ve ever tasted!! I had the chia banana boost (with whey protein) and it was awesome. My wife had the apple matcha and she destroyed that!! This place literally was our go to spot for lunch and post workout meals for us. The prices of the meals and smoothies are amazingly fair, if not almost a steal for the portions offered. My family and I are going back here in February for another visit to the area and we are 10000% coming back!! I truly appreciate a great deal, and exceptional customer service. This location has both!! The owner and his staff were extremely courteous to my family and very helpful with assisting my small kids with placing orders that would best suit them. We’re from New York, so we’re not used to having our cake and eating it too, at least without paying exorbitant prices. This is a great surprise and a MUST VISIT for anybody looking for a huge portion and delicious meal/meal replacement.“

Our orders came fairly quickly and the food was quite good, basically an American diner style restaurant tucked on to the far end of the shopping center. There was a slight hiccup with our order, but the server straightened things out promptly. Nothing fantastic, but a solid performance all around.“

“The most personable of the 4 or so locations I frequent while remote working. They offer table service and will often clear your table even if it’s just a crumbled up napkin you have sitting on your table. May need a napkin or two to dust off some crumbs before you can sit. Outside seating is mostly covered which is nice for sunny days. Food is fresh BUT this location does seem to struggle with falling behind on orders much more than others.“
