“Prior to visiting Franco’s I wouldn’t have considered myself an expert on Italian cuisine. However, upon tasting the (highly recommended by locals) food, I now know what Italian food is supposed to taste like. Perfection across the board…the food, the service, the owners…not fussy, not fancy, just exactly what it should be. The lasagna will heal lifelong soul wounds, the fettuccine Alfredo with a meatball will comfort you beyond expectations, and the meat ravioli will make you realize that a simple dish has surprising nuances of flavor you weren’t expecting. I live an hour and a half from Franco’s. I would make the trip to Williamsport even if this was the only place I would go.“

“The food is impeccable and the options cover a very broad range of ingredients. We find the Chicken Florentino, the Shrimp and Clams Marechira, The Ciro's Special (shrimp and scallops) to be very appealing to our tastes. Many of the specials they offer are delightful, as well. Definitely our "happy place"!“

“I eat there regularly with friends. We could go anywhere but come here. Enough choices so it not repeating every meal. They can get busy, you may wait for a bit but oh well who's in a hurry. We came by choice! And enjoy it!“

“This cozy and simple restaurant serves delicious food! We had a last minute Mother’s Day reservation for 7 and they easily put up a couple tables together to accommodate us. It’s BYOB but they charge a $3/bottle uncorking fee - still less than 1 glass of wine at comparable restaurants. I had the spinach calzone and my leftovers were enough for at least 1 more meal! I also tried their sea bass special and it was fabulous. Their prices are good, especially since all dinners come with a fresh salad. If you like spicy, order some peppers to dollop on your complimentary bread - YUMMY!“

“I always enjoy our family pizza nights from OIP. Huge fan of their salads & breads, too. I don’t think we’ve ever gotten anything from here that we don’t like!It’s always delivered promptly or ready to go on time. Staff is always friendly. Also a great place for ordering during work - they have a little bit of everything for everyone at the office!“

“Joe's east end has the best wings. Especially when you get them to go. They are always hot, saucy, and most importantly crispy! I've never had any other experience there, and we go there A Lot. The rest of the food there is delicious as well. And the girl at the counter is always friendly and helpful.“

“3rd time in a row over the last year that I got the wrong order or had a sincere issue. Not the correct sandwhich and no marina with my mozz sticks. My mozz sticks were still cold inside, just shy of frozen. Last time I'll give them a chance. Very disappointing.“
