“My husband & I were on our way to a Phillies game yesterday when it got postponed. The next exit off the NE Extension was Harleysville to turn around. I hopped on Yelp! and found Jesse’s - we wanted to eat before heading back home to Berks County. We are SO glad we did! The BEST BBQ ever!! The staff was super friendly & helpful with recommendations, since it was our first time. We went with the BBQ Sampler & added cornbread muffins with honey butter. EVERYTHING was delicious! I’m, personally, not a lover of ribs…they might have been my favorite!!! Looks like we have a new place to stop when we are heading to Phillies games!!! Or we need to find reasons to go to Souderton so we can get to Jesse’s more often!!“

My family and I walked in not really knowing what’s going on and one of the amazing team members walked over and helped us by explaining everything that was on the menu. “Visiting this area from NY (Sesame Place for the weekend) and found this place for dinner. Everything was so delicious! We ordered the bbq short ribs, miso char siu Ramen, gyoza and fried noodles for takeout. So flavorful and fresh. Prices were reasonable and the amount of food was plentiful. I wish we had this place in NY! :( If we weren’t leaving tomorrow, we’d be back again. Thank you for the amazing food!“

“Firstly, Benny is an absolute gem of a person. My husband & I were town for work. I had an issue with the computer taking my order even though they had already closed. I had read the reviews, with 1 from just 2 weeks ago. It didn't make sense that they had just closed up for good. I stopped by today just to double-check and was pleased to meet Benny. He was super apologetic and set about figuring out what happened. He offered us brisket sandwiches to make up for the issue and we chatted while waiting. The brisket was really great and I know we will be back. We definitely want to try more of the menu and look forward to it. We highly recommend checking out BB Kitchen & Grill!“
