“We were hiking at French Creek State Park and tried this place afterwards at random. We had the grilled chicken Caesar hoagie, buffalo chicken cheesesteak and a pepperoni personal sized pepperoni pizza. Everything was excellent, but the Pizza was the star! The crust was so good—perfect mix of crunch on the outside and chewy/soft inside. The hoagie rolls were excellent as well, which to me always takes a sandwich from good to great! We will definitely get food from here again when we are in the area.“

“We love Giovanni’s!! We order food on a regular basis and everything is always fabulous. We asked them to cater a big graduation party and the food was amazing. Our guests were raving about it. We always recommend Giovanni’s. There is no more food the guests took it all home. This is the second graduation party they have done for us and it won’t be the last and we will be using them for all our party’s. Amazing amazing amazing!!!“

“Came here on vacation and it was delicious!!! My husband got the chicken parm with spaghetti and I got the Penne Ala Vodka. It had huge portions. The vodka sauce was not from a jar! We had a great dinner!“

“Screpesi’s is a local treasure hidden on the corner of County -roads-less-traveled! I had been driving by this attractive building for 8 years before making a planned stop. The sign is too small to read easily as you drive by..even at the 25 mph speed limit. This told me that whatever was inside must be worth a visit and likely the small sandwich shop was frequented primarily by locals!
I was not disappointed! I was greeted with a smile and asked “hard or soft” reminding me of being asked “wtt or wit-out” in Phili. Anyway, meats are fresh, service is great and if you were to ask me, the hard crust is better!
Wife and I will continue to frequent Screpesi’s and explore their extensive menu.

“My first time there. I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience! My husband ordered a pizza and I ordered a cheesesteak with fried onions. I also ordered French fries with cheese and bacon. I usually order my fries that way bc at most restaurants they are rather tasteless. The cheesesteak was delicious and the bun actually tasted good as well. My fries were so tasty that I tried to eat all of them but could only eat about half instead. I could tell by the texture of both that they would be delicious reheated as well so brought them home. My sweet tea was perfect as well. Our waitress Lauren was very pleasant and on top of things the entire visit. Best all around restaurant experience that I’ve had in quite awhile. We will definitely be going back again!!“
