“The staff is ALWAYS friendly and efficient. My order is always right, and tastes great! Even when they're busy I feel like I get my order in a timely manner, at least as a walk-in customer.Parking: There is a distinct Drive-Thru lane and a parking lot/thru-way lane, making parking/backing out a breeze. There are also two distinct handicap spots AND a crosswalk for customers to safely walk to/from the store.“

“Customer service is what really caused me to write a review separate from the dozens of DDs I've visited in recent years.I was fairly irate, I admit, when I assumed the staff had messed my order up. However, one employee (Sam or Samantha I believe?) was very polite throughout the entire ordeal and was able to verify that it was actually me that made the mistakes. “Not that the one on 30 by Westmoreland Mall is terrible, but it is a 50/50 that my iced latte will be good or not.The one on 119 CONSISTENTLY makes my latte good. I've never had a bad one there. My hashbrowns were burned today... but, that's not a regular thing. Wish they would bring back the little breakfast tacos, but alas, they have a new breakfast empanada & I wasn't expecting much... but the outside is so buttery & flaky & the inside is very good & peppery. Much better than I had anticipated & I've already gotten 2.“
