“Had a quick dinner at the Pit Stop. It was our first time there. Very spacious and clean. A nice atmosphere to visit, take in a game on one of their giant projection televisions, or just relax and enjoy a meal. Food was good, served quickly and courteously. I was impressed with how quiet it was, easily talked and didn't have to raise our voices. Probably louder when more busy, but it was fine for us. Overall a nice visit.”

“This place is on point and the hoagies are excellent ???. I continue to go to this place specifically for the hoagies but, but......the menu is gigantic! Absolutely a crazy amount of choices, and there is no way you almost can't find at least something that you like even as a picky eater. I love this place. ?Parking: There is a lot, of spots to park. “We drove about 45 mins to try this pizza shop that was recommended to us by a few people.I will say it was worth the drive. We got a sampler of four different toppings. They were all good (meatball, seafood, cheesesteak and Italian sub) but the Italian sub was the best. We will definitely be getting that one again. Great service and great prices.”

“I absolutely love it here. The food is always delicious and fresh. The bread he makes by scratch and you can tell. The breads are not heavy and they do not have all the filler that grocery stores have. The breads are all light and flakey. The asiago bagels are amazing!!! The smash burgers are the best around. “The Hood made his way to Ebensburg PA and found this fantastic place!!! Actually The Hood was here before many years ago. However the changes they made has made the atmosphere here awesome! The food was delicious from before and now is just as delicious. Compliments to the chef!! He is fantastic and his food incredibly delicious! Our service was incredible. She was very prompt with our drinks and our food! If The Hood could give a 10 I would for this place. You know what The Hood will give them a 10!! They make you feel welcomed! “First time my husband and I was there. Our granddaughter suggested it she loves their food. She is an EMT with Ebensburg. Had the beef taco it was great. My husband had their special hamburger said it was delicious. Will definitely go to this place again.”

“The only worker I seen in the establishment was manning the cash register and cooking and still managed to remain extremely kind and friendly, even when we had no idea what we wanted to order and changed our minds several times. We forgot to mention we wanted these yummy fried chips were used to getting as an appetizer from our regular place before we paid but instead of charging us for them he just threw them in for free and also insisted we grab a couple drinks on the house. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a Chinese place before, and in my experience the workers at most places like this tend to be unfriendly and even rude. The best part was by far the food though! It was HOT, fresh, and hands down the absolute BEST Chinese food I’ve ever eaten (might not mean much coming from a scrawny gal like myself but I used to be 300+ lbs and trust me, I’ve eaten my fair share of Chinese cuisine ???) I got the sesame chicken which is my usual order no matter where I go but THIS HIT SOOO DIFFERENT. And I’ll leave you with one final note; ORDER EXTRA EGG ROLLS, trust me, you’ll regret it if you don’t… we didn’t and we said multiple times throughout the evening that we wished we had more!”

The portions were generous, pierogi were homemade, fish was crispy, and overall the food was simply excellent. “This is my go to ice cream place for sure! They have so many choices to choose from. One of my favorites is probably the (Philadelphia water ice) it is has i think 6 flavors or more, and the texture is so unique. An other thing I really like is the upside down banana split. The portion size for it is amazing, one person could not eat all of it at one time that's how huge it is, but over all I would definitely recommend this place!”

“Wow! What a wonderful restaurant! I live in Atlanta and it can be hard to find a great Jamaican restaurant in my town of 9 million. But, look no further Johnstown residents! I could not decide between the j*** chicken and the oxtails. So, I got both! Each one was fall off the bone tender and the juices soaked up the rice.And, the collards and the cabbage are outstanding. I am not sure what the secret ingredient is in each vegetable, but they are very tasty.I will try a vegetable plate next time as I will try the other vegetables too.This is a very welcome addition to the community. “This is a very small and a little run-down place, but my husband and I loved it. We have only gone two times so far, but did not have a bad experience either time. The first time was just my husband and I. The waitress recommended the Buffalo chicken fries, so we got them. We each got a burger (which they get locally), and since they come Ala cart, we figured why not. These fries came out on a huge platter smothered in chicken, cheese, and so much gooey goodness. They were AWESOME! We could not finish since we also ordered breaded mushrooms and cheese curds as well. No idea there would be so many fries. They are very good reheated too...surprising for fries. The burgers were also excellent. Fresh made patties, not frozen. This place is definitely a hidden gem. We took my son this past weekend, and he loved it as well.”

“Stopped here on the way home and tried the Smoked Trio special. I'm so glad I did! The smoked brisket tasted awesome and melted like butter in your mouth. The ribs peeled off the bones just like I want them too and the smoked sausage was spicy and flavorful. I decided on the fries and these weren't your normal stick fries, they were more like very thick potato chips. Very nice twist on that. I really hope they make this special a regular menu item.”
