“My girlfriend and I wondered in to Nanty Glo off the Ghost Town Bike Trail on Saturday April 4 during the COVID-19 lockdown. Almost all businesses were closed and we decided to bike thru town only to find Al's OPEN for takeout. We got to enjoy some delicious pizza slices, a cold drink and a piece of Al's delicious homemade pie. If you're biking in, make Al's a must-stop. You'll be supporting a great local business and enjoying some delicious food too!! RECOMMENDED!!!“

“Pizza is the best around!!“

“This place is on point and the hoagies are excellent ???. I continue to go to this place specifically for the hoagies but, but......the menu is gigantic! Absolutely a crazy amount of choices, and there is no way you almost can't find at least something that you like even as a picky eater. I love this place. ?

Parking: There is a lot, of spots to park. You will not at all have trouble finding parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's a super open area with no stairs at all!“

“We had my daughter baby shower at Amici's and they did an excellent job!! The food was presented family style for over 70 guests and was served both warm and delicious! The staff were friendly and attentive to all of the guests. The prices were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Amici's for a catering event and definitely would return. Thanks for a very nice experience.“

“It's a tradition that every time we come into town to see my husband's family, we go to Nicktown pizza, and we've done it for the last 25+ years. And he's been going there for the last 40+ years, and it never disappoints. We love their pizza! ?“

“The cowboy flavored wings are amazing. Service is always good. Large eating space, friendly staff. We live in Somerset County, and the foxes here don't have the cowboy flavor, so it's a nice change when we're in town. I might have to see about getting a container to go.“

“I messed up ordering online and placed it at the Cambria location. The person at the counter was so helpful that she called the other location and had it refunded for me. The salad came out in minutes with perfectly cooked French fries. I live in Pittsburgh and get Italian village all the time. This was by far the best food I’ve had at any location and the best customer service.“

“This was the first time at this restaurant. The food was very tasty. I ordered the chicken basket, I was surprised at how large the chicken tenders were and cooked perfectly, the fries were also good. Nothing against bar food, but it was typical "bar food" it was very good though. Had a pitcher of beer which unfortunately wasn't very cold to begin with and just got even warmer more quickly due to the fact it was ridiculously hot inside the restaurant. Apparently, the air conditioner was not in working order. It almost made it unbearable to actually enjoy the meal. I'm sure they'll try to remedy that soon. I will say however the young lady who was our server and the other servers were very friendly, attentive and polite, a big plus for any establishment in my book.“

“As awesome as the pot roast quesadilla was, what stood out is the bartender, Liz, catching me before I left saying , hey you had 2 20s stuck together, here it is. And that's why we'll be back. 👍“

“Went for the Salad bar and Buffet on Sunday from 11:30 to 1:30. Everything was hot and fresh! Only one waitress but she was very friendly and worked fast! Couldn't beat the price either! Will definitely be returning!“

“Great place to eat, shoot pool, and enjoy trivia night. I had the jalapeno burger which was worth it, and the stromboli looked good and was massive, all for a great price. I also tried the fresh made pastries, which I believe were ginger with cream on the inside, very moist and sweet. The beer selection was decent, with plenty of IPAs to choose from.“

“I usually don,t like to complain but I ordered a chicken sandwich.It would have been good but so much pepper on it I could,nt eat it..Noy everyone likes spicy food and I am one of those people. Hold the pepper!!“

“What a great place to get a bite to eat and have a drink! It's clean, drinks are cold, the staff is always friendly, and has always been a nice crowd when there. Highly recommend!
