“Had a small birthday party with a relative. The place is very kid friendly we sat on the restaurant side and enjoyed our stay. The waitress was pleasant and would check on us. We had the zucchini planks they were hot when they arrived at the table and were good. We had a few pitches of beer we split up umong our group. “My girlfriend and I tried Build-A-Burger today for our first time. I tried the Big Smash, she had a hot dog, and we split a large cheese fry. The burger was cooked perfectly, and they have a nice variety of toppings to go with it. They fry’s were done to perfection with the right amount of crisp, and they had a generous amount of cheese on them. I did not try the hot dog, but she enjoyed it very much. It was all made to order, so allow yourself 5-10 minutes to be served. I highly encourage anyone looking for a good hand crafted burger to give them your business. Support local and help out the little guys! The Beaver Valley Mall does not have much to offer, but this is a great addition!“

“I attended a R2L meeting here and the large lower meeting room was great. While there are always some quirks to work out the first time at a new location, everyone I spoke with was satisfied. We had about 40 people in attendance and the facilities worked out fine.“

“Our first time eating here. I pass this place almost daily. Originally seven years ago I came in with my 6 year old Grandson for a 6 pm dinner. I left without ordering - seemed too much a bar and less of a restaurant at that time near the weekend. This time without grandkids on a Monday at 6 pm - perfect time to try out the food. Seems other families were also here. We ordered a lemon drop and Espressotini. The Lemon drop martini was excellent. Unfortunately they couldn't make an Espressotini. So I settled on a red appletini, it was perfect. We then ordered fried ravioli, 6 wings and a blackened burger well done. First the ravioli and wings were excellent. Please note cooking a well done burger that is not burnt or dry is not rocket science - fast food places do it all day long. However for some reason it's hard to find a juicy, well done, burger that is not charred, outside of a fast food joint. This place provided me the perfect 3/4 inch thick burger patty that was perfectly spiced, juicy, uncharred and the perfect well done. Seriously it was perfect. The fries were also excellent. The service was both fast and attentive. Prices were also reasonable. We will definitely be back.“

“I ordered last night at 10:30pm. The kid that took my order was so pleasant, nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He said he was new, but he was wonderful to talk to! I haven’t heard manners like that for a while. I know everyone is busy and understaffed. This person took the time with my order and could not have been any nicer. Great job!!!! Thank you. BTW, our pizzas were perfect!!!“

“Not a big fan of McDonald’s food but every so often I will stop by usually through the drive through window which also they’re supposed to be serving up hot meals but by the time you do get my food it’s not. After the cost of food is climbing it’s more reasons to just’a stay home and eat. Fast foods aren’t my delicacy anyways!“

“I went in the other day and the cashier I believe her name was Alexis. She was very professional and helpful there was some guy on register and they walked away after taking four orders. Alexis came up and greeted me with a smile and was very helpful when I had questions on the menu. Then when I came up to pick up my food she was very nice and even told me to enjoy my meal and the rest of my day I have been here many times and have not had bad service. I come here weekly and when I told them my burger was cold on one of my visits they took the burger and replaced it with an apology and they made me a fresh burger.“

“This place went downhill fast. We were the only people there. Waited over an hour for a cheeseburger which I never received. The food we did receive fries/wings were so overcooked bland and tasteless. If you like the taste of burnt food you would love it. Floors were a mess. Bugs crawling around the dining area. Bathrooms disgusting and out of soap. Ended up leaving and throwing away what we did get as we all soon started to feel ill. The manager did refund my cheeseburger and gave a $25 gift certificate, but after the experience we had we will not be going back.“

Per the menu and word of mouth, you can gather a pizza to cook at home, so we decided to get sandwiches and order a pizza to take home and cook for later.The waitress informed us that they only sell them by the slice, so we ordered a few slices.Bad move. The pizza was already cooked (which makes sense because how are you going to get a slice not cooked) so warmong it just made the crust extra extra crispy.... yuck. I gave a four star because the salads and wings had far too much sauce and dressing, flooding the plates and overwhelming the flavor of everything. Next time, we'll ask for the dressing on the side! However, when we complained, they offered to replace everything and even took some items off the bill.“

“We don't normally do ice cream out, but it had been a while and onna last moment jerk of the wheel, there we were... happily gazing over the menu of goodies that nobody needs but everybody wants.We had a late lunch coupled with ice cream.Sometimes soft serve with chocolate syrup, brownie and Oreo just hits the spot.“
