“The food is good but at the time we arrived, there was only one person working and quite a few people in line for food. Although she was working as fast as she could, she needed help. That help arrived about 15 minutes after we did. This did help the line move faster.“

Not only does their food look like it does on the commercial, but it tastes as good as it looks this is the only Burger King that I’ve ever been to that I’ve eaten their food and it hasn’t made me sick ! “Driving through after a long trip we stopped here after 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday night. There were two gentlemen working a younger and an older and they were both extremely helpful and friendly. “The building is old, both interior and exterior, but this isn't Subway's fault. They could renovate the inside, or at least update it, but the landlord may not permit it. Who knows. The staff has always been good, and the food is handled properly according to food industry standards. Despite the age appearance, the restaurant is not dirty. I've been a patron since I was 16.“

“Overall it wasn’t bad. I don’t like the new McDs set up of cramped stores. I think they’re making a big mistake for future proofing. This place was clean but it took a minute for a crew member to come to pay cash for my kiosk order.“

“Whoever the young lady is who worked on 4/7/25 at the Ambridge location at 2:30-3PM deserves some recognition. Her name may have been Dora? Not sure. Anyways, some guy came in and started being nasty towards her over the fact that he thought his cold cut should have more meat on it (for no extra charge). The woman making his sub calmly and professionally explained the menu, the pricing, and what all a cold cut combo would entail, and the guy just starts bullying her and telling her “you’ll be on the news for this… subway used to be great… blah blah…”
Long story short, the customer was 100% in the wrong in this instance and that female worker handled the situation with much more grace and patience than I would’ve. She sure didn’t deserve all that bs, but she handled it phenomenally well. This five-star rating is specifically for her!!“

“I'm originally from Florida and papa johns is always a go to for me. You can say I'm a regular whereever I go. Here is the first time I had their pizza at this location. The pizza quality is great and to me tastes the same as any other papa johns I've been to and I've traveled alot lately. The service today was really busy when I went which if it's that busy the locals must really love this location. I traveled from Rochester to pick up from here and even though they were busy there wasn't a single person standing around. All were working hard to get everyone's orders completed. The only thing I ask is if maybe another person or two is on shift on a Sunday it may help the back up. Other than that I love the pizza quality and would definitely order from here again. Highly recommend.“
