“The food is good but at the time we arrived, there was only one person working and quite a few people in line for food. Although she was working as fast as she could, she needed help. That help arrived about 15 minutes after we did. This did help the line move faster.“

“I love Brighton hot dog shop! This was my 1st time at this location it is without doubt the best I've been to of many other locations! “The building is old, both interior and exterior, but this isn't Subway's fault. They could renovate the inside, or at least update it, but the landlord may not permit it. Who knows. The staff has always been good, and the food is handled properly according to food industry standards. Despite the age appearance, the restaurant is not dirty. I've been a patron since I was 16.“

“I come to this Burger King about twice a week. I will say never have I experienced a staff so friendly every time. Kenny was the gentleman who took my order in the drive thru. He almost always does. He is BEYOND pleasant. Very polite! Always seems happy to be there, that really makes a world of difference for me and makes me want to come back more often to get my food from here. “I had an outstanding experience at the McDonald’s near the 376 Center exit in Aliquippa. Bri, the manager, was absolutely fantastic—easily some of the best customer service I’ve received anywhere.
I arrived late to pick up my mobile order, and Bri was incredibly courteous and understanding. Rather than handing me food that had gone cold, she personally made sure my order was remade fresh. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. She was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in making sure customers leave happy.

He called someone else to help him, he was with us for about 5 minutes and it was part of his break time. He didn't rush us, he couldn't find the Taco Meal that We wanted he called someone else to help Us and that's when he went on his break.“
