I was greeted with a bright-eyed smile by Sara, and when she recognized my trials- she offered a hug & prayers. I won’t soon forget that! “My favorite bartender in Parkville, Skip, works here on Sundays. After hearing about the food at YBT from him I decided to take the 35 minute ride to check it out. I was not disappointed. The chef is great! I always take home food, but I ate every bite of the Smoked Brisket Hollandaise with poached eggs and fried potatoes. Also couldn’t resist trying the Hawaiian Breakfast with crispy pork belly with teriyaki glaze, sticky rice and Hawaiian macaroni salad. It was delicious!
I did have to take the rest of it home, but I left with a full stomach and can’t wait to eat the rest of it. I’ll definitely be back.“
