Vanilla Cafe is a calm, comfy cafe with good food and pleasant service . . . but the prices are crazy high for what you get. $17 for a small bowl of Tom Yum soup? $6 for a small cappucino--upcharged because I asked for skim milk? $13 for a pot of tea? C'mon guys, be reasonable.
