Your greeted with smiles everywhere…..The baristas are so sweet and fun!!! I go in for my London Fog….read or journal for a bit….meet lots of nice people…it’s like a little escape from the crazy world!!! “Gobs, Gobs, Gobs! We visited to sample all flavors of gobs and the burnt almond torte they are known for. The bakery did not disappoint. Everything was so delicious. The only problem is now finding a place in Chicago (my home) that can fill my gob cravings!“

But the owner decided they weren’t busy enough that evening so they called me an hour before and canceled on me. I scrambled to find somewhere for my 10-year-old daughter and I to go After her school dance. I called this place and they said “don’t worry about anything, come on in and we’ll take care of you.” We ended up chatting with some other customers and the staff. It was great. My daughter was all smiles the whole time. The dining room is super small and very intimate. Everybody’s friendly, the owner was great, and the chef was awesome. definitely put this place on your list of places to try. Support local!“

“We had a lunch delivered to our office from here. Everyone here loved the food! We had great sandwhich options and two pizzas and big harvest salads! the salad was so delicious i had two servings! I'm so glad he ordered from here. this was our first time eating your food and we all thank you for making us aware of how much we need to order from you again!!!!!“

“We order out regularly here bc they are consistent! Food is always fresh and good (shrimp and peppers delicious and crab Rangoon the best around town). Once I couldn’t get out of car and owner brought order out to me. Prices very reasonable too“

“I love the club sandwich special And they’ve gone there the last three Sunday nights. This past Sunday, the club sandwich was not good. They forgot to put the mayonnaise on the sandwich, The bacon was dry and crumbly and The classic club cut was done so badly. It made it hard to eat the sandwich. I’m bummed on the lack of quality and consistency for this visit. It would probably be a two or three star but we have had a couple good meals recently, so I made it a four star.“
