“We were passing through New Stanton, and had dinner at La Tavola. We sat at the bar, and had incredible service from Sandy, the bartender. The food was incredible. We had the artichoke appetizer, a Caesar salad, and the Veal Picatta and the special, which was a Swordfish with lump crabmeat. Also, the Crème Brûlée. All was incredible, and Chef Lou came out and chatted with us. A very special gem of a restaurant, which we would highly recommend!!“

“Was visiting with our son and headed here for lunch today. Did not disappoint. Service was excellent, food was excellent, very simple salad but delicious. Extremely pleasant, friendly staff- fairly certain they were the owners. Had leftovers to bring home for later. Looking forward to our next meal to to see what is new on the menu. “Excellent food and service, have to plan ahead to dine inside due to the space limitations at peak dinner time. Atmosphere is relaxed, but at peak times/ they still offer excellent take out service . The meat balls are amazing!, both traditional and sicilian pizza were equally great. Can't wait to try a specialty pizza, and sandwich options which have a taste for everyone. A definite must try!“

Some of the lettuce had brown portions that a customer shouldn't see. The pizza wasn't bad but lacked flavor. The crust almost seemed like a mundane frozen crust. The part we disliked the most was how the servers took up a table and would sit there at the table plus eating instead of tending to the tables. Sorry, but if there are dirty plates stacked at the edge of the table, the server shouldn't walk by and go sit down. If we were the owners, we would not want that.“

“The portions are huge and reasonably priced. Our server Becky was very knowledgeable and pleasant. You have to try the fish sandwich, ordered for takeout and made 2 meals of it! Have visited many times and definitely have never left there hungry.“

“We just had my daughter’s wedding shower here and everything was absolutely perfect from the room and table set up, the food, the mimosa bar and the friendly staff. The guests had a choice of stuffed ricotta shells with meatballs or chicken parmesan and both dishes were delicious! Claps to the chef. They also offer gluten free, vegan and child meals. The venue is reasonably priced, spacious, clean and in a convenient location with plenty of parking. A big thank you to the owners and staff for their hard work and assistance in making my daughter’s wedding shower a very special and elegant event.“

“Great blackened salmon BLT, hubby got the steak calzone and enjoyed it. We both had the Crisp Amber beer (nice, light amber) and got a 6-pack of Corona to go. Atmosphere wasn't much, not sure why the stock market took precedent over other TV stations, but maybe it is a things in PA😜. Service was good overall. When we first got there, only one other person in the bar area, but it was a Monday at 4 that we arrived. By the time we left 90 min later it was filling up. Definitely would come back again if ever in the area!!“

We tried your pizza for the first time and really enjoyed it. The veggie pizza was excellent and had it thin flaky crust. We also really enjoyed the white pizza which had nice firm cheese, ample slices of tomato and flaky crust. We will definitely be back for more. Keep up the good work .
