“It was to be a special occasion, my brother's and my birthday celebration. I searched hard for a deep-dish pizza in the area and drove from Monessen. The pizza we had today wasn't Deep dish as advertised; it was high-rise or thick crust. I wrote on the Facebook page's messenger and told them we will be there at what time and on what day for Deep-dish pizza. I was told they still have it. Are waiter never told us that their Deep Dish is a thick-crust pizza? The pizza was good; we didn't ask for a refund. We hope the restaurant will reword its pizza menu. It's just misleading me, and my brother would have gotten something different if it wasn't for Deep Dish. Besides that, the restaurant is amazing. I heard it was my first time there.“

“Great local bar with friendly wait staff and attentive bartenders. Bartender learns your drink of choice and welcomes you with a smile, and a drink almost straight away. Karaoke on Wednesday nights if that's your thing. If you're coming for dinner, cajun pasta is the best item on the menu!“

“After hearing good things about Brick House, we stopped in for lunch today. Had a very good waitress, a lot to choose from on their menu. We got wedding soup, spaghetti with meatballs & calzone. Everything was hot & very good. Large portions esp spaghetti which was lunch size. Only reason for 4 *’s is price of our drinks. I think $3.95 is a little high. We did get refills but most places are $3-3.29. Will be back to try the pizza.“

“Was visiting with our son and headed here for lunch today. Did not disappoint. Service was excellent, food was excellent, very simple salad but delicious. Extremely pleasant, friendly staff- fairly certain they were the owners. Had leftovers to bring home for later. Looking forward to our next meal to to see what is new on the menu. “We were passing through New Stanton, and had dinner at La Tavola. We sat at the bar, and had incredible service from Sandy, the bartender. The food was incredible. We had the artichoke appetizer, a Caesar salad, and the Veal Picatta and the special, which was a Swordfish with lump crabmeat. Also, the Crème Brûlée. All was incredible, and Chef Lou came out and chatted with us. A very special gem of a restaurant, which we would highly recommend!!“

“We just had my daughter’s wedding shower here and everything was absolutely perfect from the room and table set up, the food, the mimosa bar and the friendly staff. The guests had a choice of stuffed ricotta shells with meatballs or chicken parmesan and both dishes were delicious! Claps to the chef. They also offer gluten free, vegan and child meals. The venue is reasonably priced, spacious, clean and in a convenient location with plenty of parking. A big thank you to the owners and staff for their hard work and assistance in making my daughter’s wedding shower a very special and elegant event.“

“We’ve been to the Murrysville location a number of times now and most recently ordered a deluxe sandwich tray. The owner and staff have been so friendly, every time making sure we had what we needed. For our recent catering order, the owner explained the labels, walked me through all the toppings that are included, and why she gave me the mayo and vinegar on the side, etc. Everyone at our party raved about the hoagies from the tray and asked where we got them. The quality of the bread, meats and toppings are all exceptional and very unique - and the variety of hoagies is so extensive it’s hard to believe. My personal favorite is Nonna’s Veggie - it’s eggplant with roasted peppers, broccoli rabe and sharp provolone. I’m so happy to have another great business like this in Murrysville and I wish the owner nothing but success. Give this place a try!“

Our Waiter Rhys helped to bring us back to the memory of customer service of the Golden Age. He is one serious class act. Best waiter I’ve had in so many years.
