“A couple of nights ago I was at the restaurant with two other people. Wonderful ambience , exceptional service. I am only giving this one negative comment so that someone would be aware that the kitchen staff needs to be educated to make the dishes match what the menu states. We had an appetizer and each of us ordered a different meal. The others meals were excellent and perfectly done. I ordered the stuffed sweet potato with a special topping and crispy shallots. The skin on the bottom of the baked sweet potato was burned. No big deal I could scrape the potato away from that. The shallots, however, were not even close to crispy. They were soggy, limp and bitter. I was disappointed but did not want to make a fuss In front of my friends. We had tasty cocktails and I repeat excellent service. I will be back and will recommend the Tavern to friends.“

“We haven’t been to Rachael’s in awhile Amy was such a great Waitress (32years). We went for my wife’s Birthday. We both got the 8oz. Sirloin Steak with 6 beautiful Shrimp! Wow! The Chef prepared everything to perfection! We brought half of it home and had it with our eggs for breakfast. We highly recommend Rachael’s. I was shocked to find out that John McKinley passed away last August. I did flooring for Marett’s for 32 years and worked in all of his restaurants and his home he was always kind to us and we became friends. What an excellent group of Restaurants. Thank you all.“

I had the fish with mushrooms (which I shared with my chauffeur for the day). Tom had a 3 meat sub and was very happy with it.

“We went there for the first time and it was excellent. We had fried cod, very healthy portion of fish, real fries! Service was excellent. It's all farm to table, food is really fresh, salad was great. Thursday is Walleye night! We will definitely go back. Prices were reasonable for the portion you receive.“

“There’s really nothing negative to say about this place. They’re fast at getting the food out to you once you place the order. The food is fantastic! Some of my favorites consists of the chicken nugget snack, which they have some of the best nuggets. The pizza egg rolls once in a while, are good! The subs are great! They are always filled with fresh bread, meats, condiments, etc. The price is also worth what you pay for! Not too expensive for what you’re buying! Definitely worth it.“

“Stopped in today, with my family. I was using a knee scooter, from a recent surgery. They only had two young ladies working. I must say Haven was amazing. She seated us immediately in a great spot seeing my scooter. She was running food, seating customers, taking care of the delivery pick ups and manning the bar. She did all this while being pleasant with a smile on her face. This girl deserves 👏. My appetizer was great but the main course not so much. I'm not sure if the kitchen was short staffed. I didn't say anything because of how crazy it was. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars today.“

“We come here every year when we are Christmas shopping and also my birthday( it’s a family tradition for the past 10 years ) . Every time we come this place is amazing. The food and the service. However today was the cherry. Our server was phenomenal and our food was the best. We just wanted to say thank you. It’s hard to find service like we had and food that is made that well. Our server was Kelly R. She is amazing! My husbands filet was cooked to a perfect rare , my fish and chips was excellent. My 10 year old tried clam chowder today for the first time and each bite he made a “mmmmm” sound. He loved it. Thanks to all involved in an excellent experience“

“Ate here last night, had chicken tenders on special 85 cents each and the $1 homemade chips!! Deliscious!! Sauces for tenders were awesome, and chips were thick and crispy. Can’t beat it, stop by, friendly people and under new management!! You won’t be disappointed.“

“No, I would not recommend. I waited before writing this review hoping that I would get a call back from the manager. I left 2 requests for him to call me and haven't heard anything back. My husband and I were there on a Saturday for lunch. Our food was ok and service was fine. I ordered takeover for my mom, a hamburger with nothing but raw onion on it. We finished our lunch and waited a long time for the takeout. My mom called the next day to thank me. She said they remembered the raw onion, unfortunately there was no hamburger, just the bun and raw onion. We love to support local businesses, however we will not be going back to The Crane Room. I didn't expect a free meal or even credit. However an apology would have gone a long way.“

“I will honestly be the first to tell ya, this restaurant is fine, just how I feel ,not just this location but every one I have been too. I just wanted to say my husband and I came to this restaurant for a few beers and some apps!! I will tell you, this is the best service we had at this particular location, our waitress was so great!! I just got out the receipt our waitress was Jessica R!!! I called in and gave a great review and we do not know her so it’s not bias, but I think people mostly call in to complain, so hopefully the manager reaches out to give you the credit for what you deserve … working hard does pay off!!“

“My dad n I went on thanksgiving. The food was not n fresh n tasty. The resteraunt was extremely busy, but nothing was ever empty. The service was spot on, kept tables clean and drinks filled. Every worker n patron had smiles on their faces.“
