Michelle made the planning process a breeze, handling all the details and ensuring our celebration was exactly what we envisioned. On the afternoon of the party, Kerrie was a true star behind a very busy bar. She kept the drinks flowing all afternoon and did it all with a smile. Sherry was incredibly attentive to our group's every need, quickly and cheerfully fulfilling every request we had. And the food was outstanding! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious dishes prepared by Al. The entire Fireside team truly went above and beyond to give Ryann a fantastic 21st birthday celebration. We're so grateful to everyone who helped make it such a memorable day!!“

This particular time I had my husband’s Surprise 30th birthday party held there and it turned out great! All of the staff made sure my event went perfectly. Donay (the assistant manager) helped me organize my party with them and made sure all of my requests were met. Megan (catering coordinator) she fulfilled my order to exactly what I wanted and the Red Robin made sure my gluten free buyers were made fresh to order for the guest I had that needed the accommodation. “Recently went there with a group of 8 guys. The bartender (Princess) Diana was phenomenal! She couldn't do enough for us. Extremely energetic, nice and accommodating. Food was delicious (garlic parm wings, honey hot wings, fries and mini panzerattis). Snuck a piece of my buddies cheesesteak and I'm glad I did! Highly recommend Gleasons.“

“Ryan was excellent. He was hopping from table to table the entire time, always with a smile. He was perfectly friendly and professional to us and we saw him the same with his other guests. Im sure he was tired,from such a long day, but it barely showed. We saw him acknowledge incoming guests, seating them and I can say I never saw him miss a beat. No wonder he's trained for mgmt. Good choice as he is an asset to your company. We dont see this kind of work ethic too much in other establishments these days. Congrats to Ryan.“

“We were in town last night for a sports tournament and stumbled upon the Firkin Tavern. With four kids and four adults, we weren’t sure what to expect, especially since the tavern was pretty busy with only one server. At first, we were a little concerned it might be overwhelming, but Mike, our waiter, quickly proved us wrong. He was absolutely amazing! Despite the crowd, he handled everything seamlessly and was extremely attentive. The food also exceeded our expectations, it wasn’t just typical bar food.. everything was delicious and really impressed us. If we’re ever in the area again for a tournament, we’ll definitely be back!“

“Today was I was having a nostalgic moment and I was craving 5 guys. After a great Sunday workout I had a great cheat meal at 5 guys.

Boooy they did not disappoint ! I haven’t been here in months and Destiny and the crew took care of me.

I had 2 burgers with 3 patties each with no cheese , no Fries’s.

On each burger I had Mushrooms , jalapeño peppers , grilled onions , grilled green peppers.

It taste so fresh so juicy even without sauce.

Destiny was kind and enthusiastic from the time I ordered to when I receive it . She also made sure all communication about my order was done efficiently and make sure no cheese on my burgers and helped speed the process of me receiving my order.

The reason I didn’t put a low rating for atmosphere is because of the freshly sliced in our kitchen poster. That one in particular disturbed me greatly. At least every fanta flavor was available.

The woman was was taking our order was very patient and super friendly polite when I requested to have american cheese instead of the swiss.
