“I would definitely recommend this Red Robin for any party occasion or just dining in. I’ve dined in at this restaurant many of times and each time the food was delicious and the service was awesome! This particular time I had my husband’s Surprise 30th birthday party held there and it turned out great! All of the staff made sure my event went perfectly. Donay (the assistant manager) helped me organize my party with them and made sure all of my requests were met. Megan (catering coordinator) she fulfilled my order to exactly what I wanted and the Red Robin made sure my gluten free buyers were made fresh to order for the guest I had that needed the accommodation. And my server Alyssa was on her game! Handling 40 guest with their different requests and doing everything a quick as she could and also was very attentive!!! Great job Alyssa! With four kids and four adults, we weren’t sure what to expect, especially since the tavern was pretty busy with only one server. At first, we were a little concerned it might be overwhelming, but Mike, our waiter, quickly proved us wrong. He was absolutely amazing! Despite the crowd, he handled everything seamlessly and was extremely attentive. The food also exceeded our expectations, it wasn’t just typical bar food.. everything was delicious and really impressed us. If we’re ever in the area again for a tournament, we’ll definitely be back!“

“Today was I was having a nostalgic moment and I was craving 5 guys. After a great Sunday workout I had a great cheat meal at 5 guys.

Boooy they did not disappoint ! I haven’t been here in months and Destiny and the crew took care of me.

I had 2 burgers with 3 patties each with no cheese , no Fries’s.

On each burger I had Mushrooms , jalapeño peppers , grilled onions , grilled green peppers.

It taste so fresh so juicy even without sauce.

Destiny was kind and enthusiastic from the time I ordered to when I receive it . She also made sure all communication about my order was done efficiently and make sure no cheese on my burgers and helped speed the process of me receiving my order.

I really cannot express how well she handled a literal boat load of customers single handedly. In most places with the situation of delays I've seen, would've folded 10 times over.
