Wawa is a convenience store with varying experiences. Some locations have dirty and small coffee stations, which can be frustrating. The parking lot and traffic management at certain stores can also be a disaster. However, other Wawa locations are very clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The staff is often pleasant, and the stores are open 24/7, making them a reliable option. Wawa has a rewards program that offers free items, such as a latte coffee, which is a bonus for customers. The store sells snacks, including protein bars, and offers a buy one get one free deal on personal pizzas, such as the dill pickle and pepperoni hot honey. While the food and coffee may not always meet expectations, with some describing the MTO iced coffee as a "total water show", Wawa remains a popular choice for those on-the-go.
