Algorithm has been our household's go-to "can't be bothered to cook tonight" spot for fantastic vegan junk food since they opened. Matt, the owner, often works the register and clearly puts a lot of heart and thought into creating a menu full of unique-yet-classic meals that would satisfy even the most skeptical meat-loving omnivore. What happens when a super awesome food truck becomes a restaurant? You get creative food, fast service, and a vibe like a familiar hangout from your youth. We got a world tour of tacos and Vietnamese ice coffee, and something from the special board too- way too much food but couldn't resist- had to pack it in and roll out of there.
