There's 3 different entry screens, two for the customer & one for the staff. Had to redo my order 3x to get it to work properly.“

“The store is way bigger than I expected. I always walked past it when I went to Assi, but today is the first time I actually walked in to make a purchase.Staff are very friendly and efficient. I would have five stars if everything with milk powder could been made with real milk. The milk powder bubble tea places use isn’t the “milk powder” similar to baby formula; instead “milk powder” in those tea places is actually similar to coffee creamer, which isn’t very healthy.Price-wise, it’s quite expensive—more expensive than Starbucks. But that’s how it is nowadays.“

“Was debating on this ramen spot and another, so glad we ended up here. My kids and I are huge anime fans and were so surprised by the decor. Different anime on the walls and on the bowls. You're also welcomed by a larger than life Tanjero at the door. There are Mangas that you could read while there. They even had some random free anime phone cases there. Not sure what phones they fit tho.We got their waffles fries, that were fried to the perfect crispiness. Toppings and sauce were delicious. I got the Anime's Modern Noodle and it was so good. Broth was flavorful and spicy. The chasu was very tender. My husband got the Steak Noodle and that was really good too. Steak still had a hint of pink. Daughter got the fried rice and liked it, as did out son who just got ramen and broth. Niece got their crispy chicken Ramen and enjoyed it.Kids were already asking to come back.“

“My go-to in the food court! They have the sweetest staff. Although the food may seem pricy, they give a GREAT portion that could last two meals. Fish is fresh, and they load your bowl up pretty well. Love their boba as well - I usually stick to the fruit teas, but you get a lot for the price, and it’s really good :)“

Some of the best jajang mein I’ve ever tasted; the sauce is rich and full of flavor. Breading on their popcorn chicken was yum. Love they have a reward program (Toast - $5 off for every $50 you spend).The meh: The prices are steep. Boy, I know we had inflation and maybe they don’t have much competition around, but get ready to spend a pretty penny. The rose blossom drink has very fruity overtones; maybe some people like that, wasn’t for me. And would recommend a container that has more airflow for popcorn chicken because it gets soft very quickly when it’s completely airsealed for take-out.All that being said, I would totally come back when I’m in the area. “I went in yesterday for a free birthday drink but wasn't able to find the coupon in the app. The girl was so sweet and hooked me up with a free medium drink of my choice regardless and apologized for the long wait (they were SUPER busy). Really kind, hard working staff and I just hope they know I appreciate their kindness. Will continue coming here to buy drinks when I'm craving a slushee or bubble tea. Thanks, guys!“

“A friend recommended I try this place out because I love tea. I was impressed by their unique selection and absolutely recommend the Guangzhou Milk Oolong and Athena's Blend. The former is absolutely delightful while the latter is soothing. I've drank a LOT of tea in my life but I was still enchanted by these two blends. I'll definitely be ordering more. I do wish the packaging wasn't so plastic heavy but that's one of my only criticisms.“
