The establishment opens to patrons at 7pm it was clean and I was greeted with smiles and warm hellos from the staff. The spicy mussel bowl was full of flavor and the portion size acceptable. The fish was fried perfectly, crispy with a flacky moist inside well seasoned (no obey thank you), the vegetable rice flavorful not dry, the collard greens needs a little work but we're seasoned well. Overall the food was delicious. Shout out to Chris who prepared the food. So if you're ordering take-out or eating in make sure Chris is in the kitchen.“

And this may be a best-kept secret but the roast pork sandwich with long hots will CRUSH 90% of those in South Philadelphia. Doesn't need the cup of "jus" they include, but you can down it like a shot. Pro tip: Try subbing Cooper Sharp for Provolone.“

“I come here fairly regularly with my running group. This a great neighborhood bar, the owner is awesome and super friendly. The food is also better than you'd expect for a dive bar, but it still has the dive bar charm. This is easily my favorite bar up the hill in Manayunk“

“good spot to eat in the backroom which hardly anyone knows about LKim is great good food . Bartenders need to learn how to work the remote for the music , It is Bose system that you can adjust for each end of the bar and the right channel is off along with the bass . lol I always listen to music when I am there .“

When they first seated us, they put us all the way in the back near the kitchen which I was not happy about but I asked the hostess if there was a different table that we could move to and she was able to switch us to a much better location. The waiter was fantastic. He was so personable and had great suggestions. I had the fish tacos which were good and felt like a lot of food. My husband had the clam chowder and lobster roll (Connecticut style /hot with butter instead of with mayo and cold). We didn't have room for dessert. The drinks were sweet but good.“
